An EDS test was carried out to know the composition of workpiece material.
(a) (b) Fig.3 Plots for nose wear (a) Main effect wear and (b) Interaction But with the rise in the depth of cut (d) value, in the beginning nose wear of tool increases directly but at a higher depth of cut (d)value, the lower tool nose wear values are observed because of material deposition on cutting tool and increase in chip thickness values which help in heat removal from the machining zone.

Due to their high thermal stability, surface area and suitable number of acid/basic sites, mixed oxides have attracted much attention as a support materials for different applications in the recent years [4].
Moreover, mixed oxides are used as support materials to attain a high dispersion of active metal components and to avoid any sort of segregation of different phases which can be formed [5].

To meet the requirements of the high-speed machine, one can minimize the weight and inertia of structural components in the condition of not affecting the rigidity, such as manufacturing carriage and table with new lightweight materials, optimizing geometry and dimensions of the machine structure components by using the finite element method.
With the increase of processing speed, the possibility of generating vibration increases, so one must improve the structure of basic parts or use materials with good physical properties in order to improve the machine's dynamic and static stiffness and vibration resistance.

The materials of missile adapter, usually require excellent properties such as good dynamic and static compression-deformation properties, creep resistant, anti-aging and so on[7].
Based on the relevant literature both at home and abroad, the V-sharp structure adapter has good typical platform characteristics to meet the requirements of the force to deformation, and it still has certain seal performance in the missile launching process, which is better for satisfying the requirements of the adapter material performance in submarine-launched system.
