Experimental investigation methods and techniques are used to obtain accurate information on the tension and deformation of materials.
Results underlying the limit stress state that aply to materials at this moment come from experiments on plain specimens and specimens showing stress concentrations.
Steel sheets are positively strain-rate sensitive materials which make distinct crosshead speeds generate different load–stroke curves even for specimens with identical shape and dimension [4].

Abstract.
Recently, hybrid solar cell has been developed due to the combining advantages of organic material (P3HT) and inorganic material such as nanoparticle zinc oxide (ZnO).
ZnO is an inorganic material with high electron mobility and easy to prepare as electron acceptor to dissociate excitons formed in conjugated polymer as the active material of solar cells.
Several researchers have attempted to achieve higher performance of solar cells and to find out more effective materials for solar cells.
