Abstract.
Introduction Highly c-axis oriented aluminum nitride is a promising material for surface acoustic wave(SAW) devices [1], bulk acoustic wave(BAW) devices [2] and electromechanical system (MEMS), due to its high acoustic velocity (6000m/s), high piezoelectric coefficient d31 (2.65pm/V) and d33 (5.53pm/V), chemical resistance, thermal stability, and compatibility with conventional Si manufacturing technologies [3].
Despite the lattice mismatch between AlN (002) and Mo (110) is very small (0.87%) [15], the lattice structure difference between two materials causes the distortion of AlN prisms on the Mo film.

Fifty years ago, they've known the basic knowledge that semiconductor material can produce light ray, the first commercial diode is produces in 1960.
LED is the abbreviation of English light emitting diode, its basic structure is a electroluminescent semiconductor materials which is placed a lead on the shelf and then sealed with epoxy resin around, which is as a role of protecting the internal HPVV, therefore LED’s antiknock characteristic is good.
In the simulation, the column only needs to be described with the column's surface equation, and then to define various properties of epoxy resin materials in the column surface, and the LED side column's characteristic can be simulated.
