Introduction Urban ecosystem is a special kind of human-centered artificial ecosystems, is the city's natural, economic and social sub-systems consisting of an organic complex, with common difference is that natural ecosystems, urban ecosystems, human-centered, man-made changes in its structure, material recycling and energy conversion methods, long-term impact of human activities by terrestrial ecosystems[1].Scientific assessment urban ecological system, figuring out the current values of individual indicators, comparing with the standard or reference target, identifying gaps, analysis the causes, determining the future direction of the building to develop effective strategies is important path to build eco-city[2].Evaluation of urban ecosystem is a complex systems engineering.
Through the establishment of data warehouse, data stored together with the evaluation algorithm can not only accurately be assessed efficiently conclusion, you can also use data mining techniques to predict the future trends in science for decision making.

The relatively mature multi-objective genetic algorithm is a kind of searching method of imitate biological evolution based on stochastic theory and has been widely used in various science fields in recent years [6-9].
While a beam structure with variable cross-sections can solve this problem, which is capable of fitting the deformation curve well and reducing material cost as well.

Introduction With the progress of science and technology level, people gradually have higher requirements of the product reliability.
Organic pollutants found inside the relay are mainly come from two aspects, (a) the various internal polymer material components of the relay release organic vapors at high temperatures, (b) organic pollutants are brought into the relay in the manufacturing process.
