Introduction
With the progress of science and technology level, people gradually have higher requirements of the product reliability.
Organic pollutants found inside the relay are mainly come from two aspects, (a) the various internal polymer material components of the relay release organic vapors at high temperatures, (b) organic pollutants are brought into the relay in the manufacturing process.

For the saturated elastic and completely plastic material abiding by Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion, cylindrical cavity expansion induces total stress increment :
(1) In plastic zone
(1)
(2) in elastic zone
(2)
where, , respectively stands for radial stress increment and tangential stress increment and Vertical stress increment; stands for distance depart from the center of pile ; stands for the radius of plastic zone; stands for undrained shear strength of soil.
