Abstract.
Two different structure and material cathode as shown in Fig.1 were used to test the effects of cathode structure on the oxide layer growth behavior.
This feature is very important because it means that we can select the adequate wheel speed according to the property of workpice material in this speed range without considering the influence of wheel speed on ELID dressing process.
