In recent years, with the deepening of the exploration in this area, a large number of new data and material can be obtained.
Under this background, this paper, by resorting to some of these new data or material, makes a study of the geochemical characteristics of the sediments in this area in the hope of providing the basis for the further study of sedimentary environment and sedimentary source in the lower S4 of Dongying Depression.

For example, Qitaihe City in nearly 10 years of governance collapse practice, starting from the investment in science and technology, and increased the governance collapse research efforts, achieved good social and economic benefits.
Heilongjiang coal cities has entered depletion period, but its advantages in resources persists, the prerequisite for the use of coal cost is relatively low to extend its industrial chain engineering, for example, from coal, materials, coking coal, metalworking, chemical coal deep-processing and finishing the conversion of resources and enhance the economic value of the product to promote coal production, business, pin-round development, and thus find the resources the citysustainable development.
