The materials used in improving the new soil are abundant, such as the surface soil of rich cultivated land, fertilizers, organic wastes, green manures, nitrogen fixing plant and the culms of crops[3,4].
The design features of this structure are double base materials, simple variety of plaques, regularity in distribution and clear boundary.
The major technical essentials are: rational arrangement of the area ratio of water-abundant base material and drought-tended base material, three-dimensional spatial arrangement, and effective allocation of the passages such as roads and the system of irrigation.

Habitat network connection can ensure the material, energy and information circulate in the plaque, and make the species migrate from inappropriate area to appropriate area (Opdam 2004, Thomas et al, 2004).
