The whole punching get parts with 80t punch on aluminum material after the knife mould stamping, three incisions punching require for work punching port groove and rail slot after the whole punching, reaming need drill and ream for positioning hole, using grinding machine polish cross-section when burring, roll bending demand complete a two-dimensional curved using self-developed roll bending equipment, with curved roof assembly; finally piece will be fixed corresponding check tool for inspecting its surface, curvature of the line, positioning hole etc. compare with test book using plug gage, dial indicator.
While the mould frame has been moved nearby 80t punch machine, U-shaped layout of production line equipment is too tight and has too many staff before improvement, particularly grinding process in drilling and reaming operations, these could result in poor circulation in progress; at the same time, the feed direction facing away from main stream channel which resulting unnecessary material flow.
To solve above problems, cut staff and the merger process by ECRS are used, the feed inlet of production equipment face the main stream channel, remove excess grinding turnover frame; set raw material area in feeding area for safety inventory of material and decrease lead time of production.

Introduction KDP (Potassium Dihydrogen Phosphate is shorted for: KH2PO4 or KDP) crystal is a kind of good non-liner optical material developed from 1940s, it is widely used in the high-technology field of laser conversion, electro-optical modulation and optical high-speed switch.
The Theoretical Analysis of the Effect of Rake Angle on the Surface Quality of Crystal KDP There are two ways of chip forming for the brittle materials: one is forming continuous banding chip by shearing-slipping plastic yield; the other is forming un-continuous chip by brittle fracture.
In the process of ultra-precision milling of the crystal KDP, the workpiece surface is removed by shearing-slipping or brittle fracture depending on the variation of the inner stress of the material.

Although the two parts are interrelated, there are optimization requirements applicable to each other, but because of the failure of the main form of V-belt is slipping and fatigue two, the work of the tight side tension stress δi, centrifugal tension δc and tight around the edges small pulley caused the maximum bending stress δb, and with the periodic cycle of alternating stress are related to the diameter of the pulley, so the V-belt transmission design are generally based on work requirements and conditions of the first engineering design of V-belt, and then to transmission ratio, based on the principles of design in accordance with optimal diameter pulley, the pulley in addition to considering the design fits in with the V-belt, but also involves a wide range of issues, both from the weight, strength, and V-belt friction coefficient, etc. consider choosing the right material, but also consider the appropriate structure, process and precision; such as the use of cast iron casting material
V pulley system of multi-objective optimization The V pulley system design must consider the factors and principles are ① the first transmission ratio to meet the requirements. ② to meet with the V-belt with the most optimized, including the maximum possible friction factor, V with a maximum working stress at work as a minimum to ensure that no failure, and so on. ③ to minimize the weight of the pulley. ④ should be installed in all the host of the main pulley above the total moment of inertia as small, to reduce the moment of inertia, reducing the vibration of the host. ⑤ to meet the strength requirements of the premise of lower prices of materials used, while the size of the pulley as much as possible, consistent structure to reduce manufacturing costs.

Heidimiao reservoir forming in period of third Member to forth Member of Nenjiang Group, under the control of the northern material sources, is of the river-delta depositional systems which formed in the gradual uplift basin-shrinking tectonic settings and the proximal small water systems tectonic settings.
Studis on macrofacies impact: (1) At the time of the bottom of Heidimiao Reservoir depositing, base levels was relatively high, accommodation was relatively large and material supply from the Southeast was relatively strong.
(2) At the time of the middle of Heidimiao Reservoir depositing, base levels fell, accommodation decreased and material supply was not strong.
(3) At the time of the top of Heidimiao Reservoir depositing, base levels was relatively low and near to the shore, and the range of material supply became lager.
