Various natural and derived materials are used as the sources of biomass which contain soil wastes, agricultural and industrial residues, sawdust, grass, process of making food and animal’s wastes, aquatic plants and industrial and energy crops grown for biomass.
Additionally, various materials can be utilized as biomass sources including tires, produced by either natural rubbers or factitious although the material is not strictly biogenic [12].
Waste-to-energy, that transforms the non-recyclable and combustible portion of the waste to electricity, decreases the materials’ amount sent to landfills, enhances recycling rates, impedes air/water pollutions and decreases the reliance on fossil fuels for power generation.

The graphene FET electrical performance can be improved by dielectric screening[14] by depositing high dielectric material on top of graphene, ionic screening by inversing the device to the special solution [15], or etching away the under lying SiO2 [16], et.al..
Moreover, from each trace in fig.2D, we can extract the slope of linear region (Kh and Ke) [13] from which we can extract the mobilities for holes (electrons) according to (2) Where C is a constant related to electrode geometry structure and dielectric material of the device, K is the slope of linear region (Kh for hole, Ke for electron) and μ is the mobility (μh for hole and μe for electron).
