In order to achieve unidirectional radiation, commonly a metallic back cavity structures loaded with absorbing material is added to one side of the antenna, which will eliminates the radiation energy of the antenna in this side [3].

Abstract.
Experiment Sublimation boule growth of 6H-SiC was carried out in a quartz tube reactor equipped with a watercooled jacket. (0001,-) C-face of 6H-SiC and abrasive SiC powder were used as the substrate and the source material, respectively.
Figures 2(a) and 2(b) show the HRTEM Journal Title and Volume Number (to be inserted by the publisher) 3 images of (0001) interface between 6H-SiC and graphite particle shown in Fig. 1(a).

The status quo of denitration of cement kiln
Rotary kiln is the key technology of new dry process cement material burning equipment, is the main source of NOxemission by the cement industry[2].The main waysof the generation Nitric Oxide when calcining cement clinkerare:thermal-NOx, fuel-NOx, instant-NOx and raw meal-NOx.The flue gas generated from the rotary kiln,theoxide emission concentration is about 300-2200mg/m3(Standard conditions).
,Ltd.Collaborate with Environment Science Reseach& Design Institute of Zhenjiang Province, has successfully completed the first demonstration experiment of SNCR technology which was applied to cement plant which has 1800t/dcement production line, Adopts full manual device, nitrogen removal rate can reach more than 80%.From the side to verify the cement kiln adopts advanced SNCR technology as a means of denitration technology feasibility,In the case of using automatic control at the same time, also can be reduced to a sharply reducing agent consumption, save the cost of the cement plant environmental denitration pressure.

Eddy Current Testing Principle
Eddy current is a measurement technique, which induces eddy current in conductive material and detecting reflected change of magnetic field intensity from object of surface, and it is restrained by little condition in operation. the base testing principle is shown in Figure.1.
