Introduction Energy is the important material basis for national economy and social development.
The theory belongs to a branch of computer science called soft computing and has been used in data mining, knowledge discovery, pattern recognition, machine learning, and other areas of artificial intelligence.

Complicated tectonic evolution, structural deformation and stack, which brought a lot of metallogenic material, and activated the assignment of ore source rocks, provided a good geological condition for the enrichment of ore-forming materials.

However, the loess belongs to the category of silt and silty clay, the shearing strength largely comes from the cohesion of soil, which is supplied by its fine grain and cementitious materials.
Nevertheless, these substances with strong water sensitivity that most cementing material is dissolved under the action of water, the cementation of the fine grained transform into lubrication, the shearing strength of the loess is loss partly under the state of soaking and which being to metastable state.

Among metallic materials, Titanium is considered the most suitable materials in medical applications due to its biocompatibility which is better than stainless steel and cobalt base alloys [1].
Titanium and its alloys are mainly used for substituting materials for hard tissues [2].

Introduction It is acknowledged that severe plastic deformation (SPD) of bulk metallic materials leads to physical and mechanical properties significantly enhanced compared to those of coarse-grained materials due to extensive grain refinement [1-6].
The SPD-processed materials have gained considerable interest to the strength of the formation of nanocrystalline (NC) or ultrafine-grained (UFG) microstructures [7-9].
Methods and materials Fe-28Mn-6Si-5Cr (mass%) SMA ingots were prepared using a Fives Celes furnace, then were machined into rings.

On the contrary, most extra matters on overhead lines are non-metal materials, such as plastic, rubber and chemical fiber products.
The detailed optical properties and thermal properties of these materials are various, but in general these materials have much lower laser reflection rates, lower thermo-conductivities and lower melting (or burning) points than the conductors and grounding lines (Table 1).
