There are many limits and requirements to shot peening, such as exposure time, distance, angle, coverage etc. the effects would be far from satisfactory if any factors above has problems, that will be a significant impact on flight safety.
Peening a metal surface spreads it plastically, causing changes in the mechanical properties of the surface. the plastic deformation generally considered as a Cyclic Strain, can change the organization structure and stress state in strain layer[3, 4].
Analyse and Summarize Shot peening to Aeropropeller pitch change knob is a extremely complex process, only two common factors are mentioned in this paper.
Besides all the above have discussed, many other factors will have an affect on the shot peening process, such as what type of Almen strip be used, the strip holder which is made to simulate pitch change knob, nozzle size, blastpressure, media flow and so on.
All those factors need further discussion.

The Dian Lake peat soil as the research object, through the strengthening treatment, the compressive strength are taken into consideration in comparison with the different curing composition and other factors in performance of solidified soil.
Using the mixed curing agent one and the mixed curing agent two to solidify the peat soil, analysis the influence law of various factors on the compressive strength of the peat soil, and through the regression analysis to establish the strength model considering cement content, curing agent content, building waste residue content and age affect.

Processability of compounds and mechanical properties of vulcanizates were then investigated, and compared for the effectiveness of silane coupling agents used in property enhancement.
The results reveal that the silane type affects not only the compound processability, but also the vulcanizate mechanical properties.
Moreover, the amino and mercapto groups of APTES and TESPT, respectively, significantly enhance the mechanical properties of CR vulcanizate more effectively than the chloro groups of CPTES.
Table 3 illustrates the mechanical properties of CR vulcanizates filled with PSi, whose surfaces are modified with various SCAs.
The combined enhancement in magnitudes of rubber-filler interaction and filler dispersion is responsible for improvement in mechanical properties.
