Abstract:

Aeropropeller pitch change knob always suffer from huge force, so an accurate shot peening process to that is necessary. There are many limits and requirements to shot peening, such as exposure time, distance, angle, coverage etc. the effects would be far from satisfactory if any factors above has problems, that will be a significant impact on flight safety.
