In order to manufacture hypoid gear qualified on the machine, the need for multiple cut and try to adjust the processing parameters, this process leads to the waste of human and material resources, but also can not adapt to current market requirements for product development.
With the development of science and technology, the hypoid gear set higher requirements, high speed, heavy load, low noise and high reliability that become the future direction of development.
