When the p-type and n-type semiconductors are sandwiched together, the excess electrons in the n-type material flow towards the p-type and the holes are thereby vacated.

Introduction
Neutron diffraction peak profile analysis is a powerful tool for characterization of macro- and
microstructural parameters in the study of crystalline materials due to the deep penetration depth of
thermal neutrons.
The real structure of plastically deformed crystalline materials has been described using the various methods for the interpretation of broadened diffraction lines.
The Gaussian function is used for characterization of microstrain in crystalline materials whereas the size contribution is related to the Lorentzian function [8,9].

When studying the multifactor dependencies with optimization of composite materials com-positions, the number of experiments can be reduced as a result of the experiment mathematical planning [11, 12].
Experimental Results Polymer-bitumen binders were obtained using the following materials: viscous road bitumen BND 60/90, plasticizer – industrial oil I-40A and polymer of the divinyl styrene thermoplastic elastomer DST-30-01.

The last two of these affect the strength-ductility balance, which is
frequently optimized in materials design; the objective being to increase both strength and ductility
simultaneously.

Activated material is sieved with 140 mesh sieve.
Material printed manually shaped tube.
These materials are printed in the form of tubes which are then carried out combustion at varied temperatures namely 600 oC, 700 oC and 800 oC for 6 hours.
This happens because of the large number of zeolite compositions used in membrane-forming materials which results in the formation of more pores.
