The typical principle is to transmit ultrasonic signal through the material and receive the transmitted wave at a distance for evaluation.
We first assume aluminal material is used.

THE EFFECT OF 58S BIOACTIVE SOL-GEL DERIVED FOAMS ON THE
GROWTH OF MURINE LUNG EPITHELIAL CELLS
A.
Materials and Methods Three types of foams were made by sol-gel processing, one of each type was coated with 2.4µg of laminin (human placenta, cell culture tested; Sigma-Aldrich, U.K.) in 1 ml of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) (Invitrogen, U.K.) for 178 rev/min in a shaker table, at 37°C for 5 hrs and then dried in a dessicator for 24hrs.
On closer examination the edge of the lamelopodia seemed to extend into the material with a blurred boundary showing successful adhesion and migration of the cell to the foam.

Kaplan[5] (1961) firstly applied the fracture mechanics to concrete material, determining the fracture toughness of concrete by subjecting a beam with a three-point bending test.
For the case of plane strain, the stress intensity factors are given by [11] (2) (3) Where,, are Elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio of materials respectively; is the distance from node i to crack tip.

Referring to the standard solutions,it can have the following solution: increase the complexity of the field, turn it into a complex substance--field model and jump to substance field, which means useful effect of existing system need to be improved, but it does not allow to introduce new original or material.
For the high maturity products, such as stereotypes products, because of the technical state is of complete certainty, so in the production process, technical preparation, material preparation, task time preparation and planning work preparation can be completed before reproduction execution and can save time for type production, so that on the basis of the strict control of the production process quality, we simplify the links so as to save task time, craftwork, materials and other sectors and then save the amount of work and time consumption to realize the simplification process, so in this type of production the mass customization production is taken.
