A number of commercial magnesium alloys are based on the
Mg-Zn binary alloy system with additions of rare earth (RE) elements.
As the sintering temperature was increased more than 450°C, the grain growth which is indicated by arrows in Fig. 3 (c) was initiated.
The grain size of the specimen sintered at 450℃ was increase up to around 15㎛.
Similar to the microstructures of the consolidated under load of 30MPa, the grain growth was initiated at 450℃ of sintering temperature.
This is due to the grain growth with higher sintering temperature.

These effects are complex and a
proper interpretation of measurements imposes to take into account the crystallographic textures and
shape anisotropy of grains.
This last effect is very important in thin films where columnar morphology of grains is often observed.
After a rapid comparison with a measurement in our laboratory using a standard 4-circles Seifert diffractometer working with Cu Kα, the total measurement time here is divided by a factor 3 to 4 while the number of loading steps is multiplied by a factor 2 to 3.
The interpretation of thin film behavior encompasses the consideration of elastic grain interaction and the intrinsic structure of the films.
Oblate shaped grains (Flat-disc) arrangement is shown to yield the best representation of the measured elastic behavior.

Perhaps it’s more useful to use the Nusselt number, because h varies with flow conditions.
Hence, the number of preliminary impacts that is needed for surface activation decreases also.
B: aligned elongated grains sized about (50×150) nm2 in projection, featuring nonequilibrium grain boundaries characterized by ultrahigh dislocation densities adjacent to the grain boundaries.
C: equiaxed ultrafine grains about 100 nm in diameter.
This grain size is significantly smaller than the initial grain size of the Al powder (2.8 µm).

To the different reinforcement layers, different ambient pressure test, analyses not reinforcement material layer number of decorate the more the better, decorate three layer of steel material is better than the four layers of reinforcement decorate material sample.
In recent years with the rapid development of expressway, there appear a larger number of different forms of high fill subgrade, especially for southwest region topography c- omplex condition, highway construction inevitably would meet in a large number of high fill subgrade.
The curve can also draw reinforcement sample and grain soil along with the degree of compaction and confining pressure, improve soil of stress-strain curve by strain softening type to sclerosis type, and reinforced body into the stress and strain curve and grain soil to a relatively flat compared, and can make the soil brittle to improve, ductility can be improved.
And the reinforced body shear index all significantly greater than grain shear index.
(4) Analysis red mudstone reinforced soil body and mudstone, high voltage compaction of reinforcement effect with the degree of compaction of stick together improve gradually improve the force, internal friction Angle decrease gradually, and reinforced the body shear index all significantly greater than grain shear index

A number of trials have been made to improve the mechanical properties by alloying addition and structural control[4], such as Ti-Al-C[5], Ti-Al-Si[6], Ti-Al-Zr[8], Ti-Al-Zr-Fe[9], Ti-Al-N[10], etc.

This transfer mechanism is more typical for counter grinding, when the initial contact of the top of the grain with the stuck metal occurs with the treated surface.
Given the probabilistic nature of the interaction of the grain top with the treated material, the formation of a similar surface occurs on the passing feed.
According to the number of crystals concentrated on the grinded surface area of about 900 mm2, this area belongs to the most buffed.
The numbering of the objects taken in accordance with the numbering of the Spots.
Conclusion When grinding VT9 titanium alloy, the metal stuck to the top of the grains and abrasive tool material is transferred to the treated surface.

The existing standard for manufacturing BWSs for bridge decks, EN 14695:2010 [2], has a prescribed number of tests.
BWSs for this test will thus be divided into two groups according to their surfacing: BWSs with coarse grain gritting and BWSs with fine grain gritting ( that is without gritting).
Those specimens with coarse grained gritting contained 3,768 g/ m2 with a standard deviation of 359 g/m2 and the specimens with fine grained gritting or without gritting with 3,146 g/m2 bitumen, with a standard deviation 460 g/m2.
The specimens with coarse grained gritting contained 20.9% with standard deviation of 4.4%.
Those specimens with fine grained gritting or without gritting contained 21.1% with a standard deviation of 2.2%.

Following stage of plastic slips development – grain blocks detachment
Fig. 6.
Plastic strains further propagation and grain blocks detachment Fig. 7.
The numbers on the figures 8 to 11 describing lines parallel to the rectilinear invisible section of the graph correspond to the percentage permanent elongation of the sample.
For that steel (i.e. 34CrNiMo6) the phenomenon of “grain blocks detachment “ does not occur. 3.
In the active process the number of plastic slides increase and their overlap each other.

This proved why the surface morphology from solution A showed smaller and smoother morphology with smaller grain size as compared to solution B.
When the fraction of catalytic sites onto which nickel ions have been absorbed is small, the number of sites available for phosphorus reduction is larger and thus the phosphorus content of the deposit is higher [7].
This also proved that coating containing relatively higher phosphorus content produces better smoothness or uniformity of the coating and smaller grain size.
The lower surface roughness was detected for coating with low deposition rate, high phosphorus and smaller grain size.
Watanabe [20] agreed that the formation of large-grained films results in the development of rough surfaces.

The main reason of decreasing of infrared transmittance was the increasing grain
collisions, which caused more scattering and absorption of incident light with temperature
increasing.
So the effect of grain size and concentration on internal transmittance )(λτi of the polished diamond film was less affected, and the internal stress was dominant. 1000 1200 1400 1600 4000 8000 12000 Fig.1 The Raman spectra of thick diamond film Fig.2 XRD of thick diamond film SEM and AFM Investigation.
In Figure 7 (a) and 8 (a), Raman spectra was moved to the higher wave number in the upper surface along the 1332.5 cm-1 plane, under the surface to the low wave number, therefore a compressive stress was on Wave number (cm -1) Intensity (a.u.) the surface of internal stress, and a pull stress under the surface, which caused by the internal crystal lattice deformation and re-distribution.
The transmission of radiated power of diamond thick film will be attenuated on exponential decay law with the concentration of absorbing and scattering grain. 2.
