Introduction
The enhancement of cement-based building materials such as e.g. mortar or concrete by addition of superplasticizers and latex dispersions is well known.
Such latex-treated materials are known as polymer concrete or mortar.

Super duplex stainless steels (SDSSs), characterized by their dual-phase ferrite-austenite microstructure, have garnered significant attention as structural materials in various industrial applications.
Materials and Experimental Procedures Super duplex stainless steel 2507 (25% Cr, 7% Ni, 4% Mo, 0.2% N, balance Fe) was used for this study.
These insights contribute to the development of more resilient materials for industrial applications, particularly in sectors where corrosion resistance is critical.

Most of the rocks are heterogeneous material with
various types of discontinuities in all scales such as joints, micro cracks, pores.
Numerical model The Rock Failure Process Analysis (RFPA) system, developed by CRISR [3], is a finite element tool for handling the progressive failure of heterogeneous and permeable materials.
Material with higher m values represents more homogeneous material and lower m values indicate that the materials are more heterogeneous.
The investigation in this section is based on the fact that rock is a naturally formed material and is generally heterogeneous.

Abstract.
Yielding criterion of the material is determined by Von Mises's yield condition.
The material behaviors are shown in Table 1.
If the compressive stress does not reach the material yielding point, a residual tensile stress will not exist in the surface.
