Through analyzing the causes and damage of the fouling in water channel of water cooling engine, this paper develops a new kind of compound cleaning and descaling agent and conducting polyaniline corrosion agent of the water tank.
INTRODUCTION Dirty and fouling exist commonly in water channel of water cooling engine system, and their damage is very serious.
Additionally, the commonly existing fouling in water channel will erode base of engine and part of water radiator, especially in coastland.
The defects existing in current cleaning and descaling method are as follous: First, cleaning and descaling agent produces more corrosion to engine; Second, cleaning agent takes long time to descale (10hours), and the descaling effect is bad; Third, cleaning and descaling need professional and technical personnel's operation, moreover the craft is quite complicated.
Adding conducting polyaniline, the water tank antirusting agent will raise the corrosion resistant of engine's water cooling system by 2 to 5 times.

In contrast, type 2 was a single-component professional repair mortar manufactured by CVR.
More precisely, the capacity of IT arches (strengthened with GFRP grid mesh placed into the mortar bed joints) was increased by 446% from 0.15 to 0.81 kN for arch DR.IT.01, built with a weak mortar (Type 1), and by 124% from 1.57 to 3.52 kN for arch DR.IT.02, built with a single-component professional repair mortar (Type 2).
In all the specimens, failure was dictated by the arch displacement mechanism (Fig. 6), with an ultimate load capacity equal to 1.07 kN for arch TR.UT.01, built with a weak mortar (Type 1), and 6.83 kN and 4.10 kN for arches TR.UT.02 and TR.UT.03 (built with a single-component professional repair mortar, Type 2), respectively.
The capacity of the IT arches was increased by 153% from 1.07 to 2.71 kN for arch TR.IT.01, built with a weak mortar (Type 1), and by 54% and 137% for arches TR.IT.02 and TR.IT.03, built with a single-component professional repair mortar (Type 2).

New type of hydraulic classifier classification chamber adopted deep cone structure.In the conical graded indoor, the rising water flow velocity gradually reduces from the bottom up, the coarse particles gradually sedimented the gradual rise water, became the underflow.
New type of hydraulic classifier used two two phase of water supplying.
It setted the second supplying water under the first supplying water, made the underflow to grade again, the fine particles in the underflow hade a second chance to rise, reduced the mismatch content, improved the efficiency of classification.
The classification test was conducted with the coarse slime from Yanma coal preparation plant in Jiaozuo, setting two modes (A not open the second supplying water, B open the second supplying water ) for hierarchical effect comparison.
