FRP reinforcements is a kind of linear elastic material and exhibit several properties such as high tensile strength, light weight, noncorrosive and nonmagnetic, which make them suitable for use as structural reinforcement in marine engineering, road engineering, bridge engineering, hydraulic engineering, geotechnical engineering and some special engineering[1-3].
At president, guides or recommendations on design and construction of concrete reinforced with FRP stirrups have been drawn by American Concrete Institute Committee 440, Japanese Society of Civil Engineers, Canadian Standard Association and other technical organizations respectively[1, 9-10].

Keywords: precast concrete; shear wall; the lateral resistance performance; finite element analysis
Abstract.
To investigate the lateral resistance performance of various types of NPC wall, finite element models of one shear wall unit used in practical engineering were analysed.
It’s recommended that Type 2 be forbidden in practical engineering.
However, Type 2 performs worst due to improper arrangement of local cast-in-situ regions and should be forbidden in practical engineering. 3.

This study on the basis of the composite permeability coefficient optimally designs and compares many water-lowering schemes to determine water-lowering scheme which suits local engineering geological conditions.
Recent years, the cheaper vertically paved plastic method has been used for many times, but its cutoff depth is usually 10m~18m, it is rare that cutoff depth is over 20m in any engineering examples.
But this engineering requires cutoff depth in about 30m, construction is difficult and assurance is poor.
In engineering practices, there are examples that curtains have quality defects.

The requirement of society is that the new projects must be sustainable and also adhere on the engineering principals such as design, safety, economics, and construction [4].
The professional organization and the construction stakeholders also stress on the benefits that are associated with sustainable design such as American institute of architect (AIA), National association of home builder (NAHB), American society of civil engineering (ASCE), and American society of heating, refrigerating and air conditioning engineer (ASHRAE).
The methodology of LCA is oriented environmentally while computing in civil and building engineering, for the achievement of sustainable design they combine with another tool [16].
