Material and Experiments H 300mm×300mm×10mm×15mm (height ×width× web thickness ×flange thickness)V-N micro-alloyed hot-rolled H-section steel with 500MPa yield strength was studied.
When rolling in the unrecrystallized zone, a large number of defects such as sub-grain boundaries, dislocations, and deformation bands are formed in the material.
So when the temperature is lower than a certain value, the instantaneous deformation distribution capacity is the dominant factor affecting the low temperature toughness of the material [11].

Construction defects could be due to many reasons, such as poor workmanship, design error, or inferior materials [10].
However, its effectiveness depends on the experience and knowledge of the investigator, especially with structural behavior, materials, and construction methods [13].

WDS monitoring aims at construction execution, monitors the resources occupy status of WDS, including human resources, material resources and equipment resources 3 aspects.
Data Colleting Based on Nodes.Data colleting is an important function of product management information system, it is the base of material transferring and tracking, and it is the data source of other modules.
(5) Flow of equipment & material: Because block construction needs lots of equipment and materials, so key equipment and material has a direct effect to the execution progress of WDS.
If a sustaining tracking for equipment and material cannot be provided, it will be hard for a WDS to meet the scheduled deadline.

- Reduced maintenance: the higher quality materials and control used in precast concrete increase durability and reduce the need for maintenance. [3] Requirements to Connections Strength - A connection must resist the forces to which is subjected during its lifetime.
Deformation is measured between first yield and ultimate failure of the structural materials used in the connection.
Fire resistance - Connections which may be weakened by exposure to fire should be protected by concrete or grout, enclosed or sprayed with the fire resistance materials.
Cementitious materials such as in-situ mortar, fine concrete or grouting are often used in the joints between load bearing elements in columns and walls as well as for beam and floor elements.

Introduction Over the years, diamond-like thin films, also known as DLC films are of interest to researchers as they have many properties similar to diamonds, such as high mechanical strength, chemical inertness, high optical transmittance and wide energy band. [1] These outstanding features make it a promising material for surface forces like friction, power photovoltaic applications and new electrode materials. [2-3] The core of these properties is that the DLC film consists of a network of sp3 and sp2 coordinates.
