If the implants being made of magnesium to repair the diseased bone tissue, they are possible to lose the mechanical property before the healing of bone tissue due to the rapid corrosion.
The ‚“ + and – ’’ represent the low and high levels of the factors.
However, this mechanical properties was not only dependent on one factor but it was slightly affected by the combination of variables in the model.
Also, from the response surface regression analysis the final empirical model in terms of coded factors can be obtained.
The statistical design determines the significant factors in HAP coated onto magnesium via cold spray.

Properties of butt-joint connections of rubber-cable conveyor belts that were in operation are investigated in [11].
Mechanical properties of the belt, including its strength, depend on the amount, relative placement, mechanical properties of reinforcing elements and shell material, and the character of distribution of forces between tractive elements.
Maximum load concentration factors in the middle part are smaller than the corresponding concentration factors in the cross-section x = 0.
Boundary conditions significantly affect the stress-strain state of the belt.

These properties may cause large residual stresses during manufacturing processes due to the mismatch of thermal properties of electronic components that can influence the reliability of solder joints in electronic packages.
Material Properties.
Note that FR4 board has anisotropic properties.
In this study, the dependence of elastic and thermal properties on temperature is not considered.

The main problems occurring in practices are wire breakage for the fiber glass core's liability to rupture, and the difficulties to meet the quality requirements as fine grain, uniform diameter, good coaxially and mechanical properties.
Complex wires of metal core covered by metal layer are being investigated by many scientists in the world, but complex wire of brittle core has not got enough attention by now [10, 11].In this paper, the equipment for producing GF/Pb Complex Wire is introduced, and research works about the effects of main factors such as extrusion temperature, wire pulling force are experimentally investigated.
The physical properties of glass fiber and the chemistry of lead billet are listed in Table 1 and Table 2 respectively Table 1 Physical properties of glass fiber Density/(g/cm 3) 2.46 Softening point/ oC 1056 Annealing point/ oC 816 Strain point/ oC 766 Tensile strength(23 oC)/ MPa 4890 Tensile strength(371 oC)/ MPa 3.760 Young's modulus(23 oC)/ GPa 86.9 Young's modulus(538 oC)/ GPa 88.9 Elongation/ % 5.7 Table 2 Chemical constitution of lead billet Element Content (PPM) Percentage Composition/% Sb <10 <0.0010 As <5 <0.0005 Bi <30 <0.0030 S <5 <0.0005 Cn <10 <0.0010 Fe <5 <0.0005 Ag <5 <0.0005 Zn <5 <0.0005 Sn 0.77~0.83 Pb >99.1 Fig. 2 Experiment equipment Fig. 3 Extrusion mold The extrusion mould is schematically shown in Fig 3.
Discussions on important factors There are many factors greatly affecting the extrusion speed and the quality of the complex wires.

This is mainly due to its aspects of good soldering properties, low price, adequate physical and mechanical properties and good fatigue resistance.
Void formation in solder joint is one of the many critical factors governing the solder joint reliability.
Voids may degrade the mechanical robustness of the board level interconnection and consequently affect the reliability and the conducting performance of the solder joint.
Previous studies [1] have indicated that the reflow process and the solder material are the most significant factors that affect void formation.
This phenomenon was happen everyday for four years and may affect the microstructure of the solder joint.

The improvement of the mechanical performances depends mainly on the following factors: type of additive (e.g wheat straw, barley straw, sawdust etc.), length and thickness of fiber, method of preparation.
Correa et al. [21] stated that the issue of poor mechanical properties for adobe bricks is caused not only by the porosity, but also by the weak bonds between particles.
Conversely, by testing hygric properties it was note that TP plaster have a better sorption capacity.

This paper presents the experiments of Nd:YAG pulsed laser cutting of GH3536 superalloy sheet and investigates the influences of different cutting parameters on laser cut quality factors including recast layer, kerf width and dross formation.
Firstly, laser machining is a thermal process the effectiveness of which depends on the thermal properties rather than the mechanical properties of the material to be machined.
This paper presents the experiments of Nd: YAG pulsed laser cutting of GH3536 superalloy sheet and investigates the influences of different laser cutting parameters on laser cut quality factors including recast layer, kerf width and dross formation.
However, silver-white kerf surfaces are acquired in argon-assisted laser cutting without affecting the weldability and can be a good choice for such applications.
This paper presents Nd:YAG pulsed laser cutting of GH3536 superalloy sheet and investigates the influences of different cutting parameters on such quality factors as recast layer, kerf width and dross formation.

Introduction Electrodeposition technology, as a surface engineering technique, is utilized for modifying substrate surface properties or enhancing specific functionalities.
Despite the significant advantages of Ni-W alloy coatings in terms of hardness, various factors still influence the hardness during the electrodeposition process.
Various factors, such as current density, bath temperature, pH value, and agitation, have been identified as influential in determining the hardness of coating.
According to the results in Fig.5, bath temperature, ammonium chloride concentration, and current density are the three most important factors affecting the hardness of the coating.
However, the model accuracy is somewhat affected due to the small dataset and limited input features used in this study.

PLA has broadened its application range due to its good mechanical properties relative to petroleum-based commodity plastics, relatively accessible cost, biodegradability, and biocompatibility [2].
We investigated the factors that increase molecular weights through the control of experimental variables and focused on the synthesis of HMW PLLA.
However, considering the difference in molecular weight, it is evident that the end-group content of the growing chain in the amorphous region during SSP is a key factor affecting molecular weight increase.
The amount of water present in the monomer is the most critical factor affecting the increase of molecular weight since it increases the reverse reaction rate during the polymerization of PLA.

Thermo gravimetric analysis, Core/Sand pack experiments and water drive displacement tests of copolymer particles were used to evaluate the properties.
The structure and properties of the copolymer were also investigated in this paper.
Moreover, change some factors which can more affect the molecular weight of copolymer, such as reaction temperature, the molar ratio of monomers and the concentration of initiator.
To obtain more comprehensive result, one condition of some factor fit together with every condition of other two factors.
This means molar dose of VTEOS and the concentration of BPO are major factors for molecular weight of copolymer.
