Experiments Materials and reagents.
Dielectric property of materials is an important basis for wave-transparent materials.
For learning more about the PCA-I, PCA-II and PCA-III materials, we studied the mechanical properties of these three kinds of materials, the results as shown at Fig. 4, 5.

Effect of Nano-scale TiN on the Mechanical Properties and Microstructure of Si3N4 Based Ceramic Tool Materials B.
Moreover the mechanical properties of the materials can be kept reliable at the high temperature of above 10000.
Results and Discussion The mechanical properties of Si3N4 ceramic tool materials and Si3N4/TiN nanocomposites tool materials are illustrated as a function of temperature at the holding time of 40min and pressure of 30MPa in Fig.1.
The hardness of both materials increase greatly with the temperature, furthermore the hardness of Si3N4/TiN nanocomposite tool materials is improved remarkably after the temperature exceeds 1700.

However, the construction using local materials, in the developed countries, became marginal.
These techniques were abandoned because it is not possible to standardize the composition of materials because it varies locally.
One aim of the project was to build using locally materials, priority laterite materials.
