Last stage blade materials and exhaust steam wetness shall be selected to minimize blade erosion. 2 FCB function introduction FCB refers to when the unit is in the conditions of boiler no failure, the boiler can quickly load reduction, decrease the rate of boiler combustion, guarantee the stability of the main steam parameters, ready to restore the power grid load and running, FCB has three types: (1) generator is having external fault, such as low frequency, out of step and so on, steam turbine no trip, continue to run with auxiliary power load; (2) generator transformer unit internal fault interlock trip turbine or steam turbine fault tripping, boiler keep steady combustion; (3) generator is having some faults, such as over-voltage, generator tripping and so on, but steam turbine no trip[5-7].

The maximum tolerated GGH and the absorber temperature and internal parts corrosion-resistant materials generally does not exceed 358K, under normal operating conditions, due to the cooling spray absorber layer within the slurry into the absorber flue gas temperature rapidly down to saturation (about 323K )will not cause damage to the internals, when the accident state (such as loss of power circulation pumps), cannot be cooled by circulating slurry flue gas, and therefore need to set up before the accident spray absorber original flue shower system, spray cooling the flue gas entering the absorption tower to358K, to protect the internals. 2.
