The database of DSS contains mass of materials, both internal and external.
All these materials must be gathered and extracted to turn into information and data structure conductive to decision making, and thus can be used, analyzed, updated and retrieved by users. 2) Model-base Management System (MBMS) MBMS analyzed information exists inside or outside the database, to integrate all decision models.
All materials, models and knowledge are used in DGMS, which implements the simulation testing function and DSS’ interaction with decision maker.

The lifetime of power plants materials is determined by the creep and the steam
oxidation resistances of the materials working at these conditions.
Ferritic steels are usually applied as structural materials in electrical power generation At 650ºC in steam environments, the oxides formed on ferritic steels are less protective than that formed at lower temperatures.
Target material.

X90, X100 pipe) is used to lay long-distance transmission gas pipelines due to the increasing demand for natural gas of our country, which could not only increase transmission pressure but also lower the cost of raw materials by reducing wall thickness of pipes and cutting down weld consumables.
So solving the problems such as welding properties, matched welding material and weld processes is good for engineering application.
Grains of 2# steel are coarse and there is much granular bainite, most of the M/A constituents are long bar-like which worsens impact toughness of material

Experimental set-up
Machine and materials.
The materials used during the experiments are: St37-2, St52-3 and St52-LQ.
Based on tests for different material-thickness combinations, both parameters proved to be correlated.

The sharp increase
in the impact value of the specimens after PWHT is believed to be due to the comprehensive effect of
softening of the materials [11], grain growth, and so on.
This might be because bulk material was used; another reason may be that additional phases in steel can be seen by XRD only if they amount to more than 5% of the material [12].

Tunable ferroelectric materials are one of the candidates that are considered for use in these applications.
Barium titanate (BaTiO3) based ceramics are prospective candidates of dielectric materials in the application of capacitors and tunable microwave devices [5, 6].
Recently, barium zirconate titanate (BaZrxTi1-xO3) materials have been attracted for making dynamic random access memories (DRAM) and tunable dielectric devices, just above the Curie temperature in their paraelectric state [9].
Typically, Thornton model was developed to describe the growth of sputtered materials in dependence of two parameters, substrate temperature and sputter pressure [22-23].
