The lands of the construction area should be used in projects which most need lands, and consume low energy, have high productivity, science and technology, and achieve that promoting economic development and ecological environment improvement of the local society after the implementation of the construction area and the demolition of the old district, the structure and layout of construction lands are more reasonable, at the same time, which also play a macro-control role in the land transfer mode, structure adjustment, steady growth.
Broaden the “link” financing channel, and provide a solid material foundation to the smooth develop of the “link” work.

In the decommissioning phase, demolition of energy system, disposal and recycling of materials are considered.
The life cycle primary energy use is estimated as the sum of the energy consumed in three life cycle phases, which includes energy consumed in exploration, extraction, processing, manufacturing, decommissioning and disposal of all the materials associated with the power generation system.
Singapore is amongst the very few countries outside of Europe that have negotiated an extended producer responsibility agreement with packaging manufacturers in which they use either recyclable materials or reduce the amount of materials that they used in packaging so that this does not end up as waste.

Fourteen vibration fatigue curves of the components and products of the typical materials, processes and structures have been developed.
The S-N curves for many materials can be approximated by straight lines when plotted on a log-log scale, as illustrated for a typical steel alloy in Fig.1 below.
Because material is different, the mode of vibration is different also.
