The simulation process and results analysis
According to the system parameters and initial conditions, combined with the single stage induction coil launcher electromechanical model, compiled the program storm1. m, program flow as shown in figure 5 (as shown in the program that regard the discharge voltage as variable, hope to get the influence of voltage to the exit velocity.

AlN is an interesting material for forming alloys with GaN to form AlGaN, which is used to fabricate AlGaN/GaN based optical devices from blue to ultraviolet wavelength.
The microstructure and optical properties of material have been revealed by using XRD, Raman and PL, respectively.
