For diode structures, the deposition of round contacts (1 mm) of Al was used on a p+-type conductivity Si layer.
The diode structures were then placed in the microcircuit chip and ultrasonic welding of Al wire contacts to the diode and to the contact pads of the microcircuit chip was carried out.

Metwally et al. [15] detected the residue volume of pyrethroid in four kinds of greengrocery using HPLC analysis and obtained a recovery rate of 63.0-77.0%.
