A system for monitoring the position of the shoulder of the welding tool in relation to the surface of the materials to be joined it is also integrated on the welding equipment, being compose of an endoscopic camera (e) mounted inside of the water enclosure at the level of the thickness of the materials to be joined.
The welding experiments were carried out with the materials to be joined completely placed under water, whose initial temperature was 14 -190C.

Introduction Zinc oxide is an important semiconducting material, which has attracted attention due to its numerous properties.
Experimental details Zinc acetate-2-hydrate [Zn (CH3COO)2.2H2O], Aluminium nitrate [Al(NO3)3.9H2O] (dopant source), 2-methoxy ethanol and monoethanalamine (MEA) were used as precursor materials to prepare pure and Al doped ZnO thin films.

Things were handled prior to operational needs to bring the relevant materials, go to the relevant windows Missionary Board handled a problem if the material also need multi-entry.
Now things just need to log into the site's collaborative district government office system, a one-time fill in all the materials needed.
If the material problems of staff and clerical staff can communicate through the system until the material is correct, then the acting person can submit material to the window to collect the results.
Able to save more, save manpower and material resources, the government expenditure greatly improve the government informationization construction efficiency.

Economic analysis indicates that the running expenses of dealing with 1 Ton of water (including electric fee, medicine fee, water fee, steaming fee and labour cost, of which steam is used for heating water in winter)are as 4.16~4.99 yuan, of which its raw materials and motive force costs consume as 3.25~3.9 yuan m-3.It means reasonable and efficient usages of such as medicine(raw materials), water and electricity are important ways of lowering the costs of waste water treatments.

Because exploration and development areas are far away from the material supply center, if we operate well control on the unified standards, it will not only increase handling costs, but also cause the waste of resources.
Besides, the exploratory and development area is also relatively far away from the Material Supply Centers.
