The buckling and anti-collapse performance targets are set as follows: (1) The stability load-bearing capacity coefficient K of the overall steel structure is bigger than 4.2 taking into account material elasticity and geometrical non-linearity(sigle NL); The K of the overall steel structure is bigger than 2.0 taking into account material plasticity and geometrical non-linearity(double NL); (2) The ratio u/L between the vertical displacement and the span of the bending instability of overall steel structure is not bigger than 1/100 and the large cantilever structure not bigger than 1/50 taking into account double NL; (3) The structure will not collapse when some key components lose effectiveness.
Given the different anti-stretching and anti-stress capabilities of concrete materials, the constitutive relation shown in Figure 8 is adopted, and the reinforced concrete poles are simulated with the plastic hinge model.
Taking into account the initial deficiency, geometrical nonlinearity and material nonlinearity (double NL), the ideal elastic-plastic model is adopted for the steel structure, and the structure is damaged when 2.6 times of the load is reached(shown in Figure 14).

Tab.1 Basic size the oil pipeline in DN and ASME (Inner pressure 5000psi,material grade X65) DN Inner diameter / inch Outside diameter / inch Wall thickness / inch NPS / inch 200 7.625 8.625 0.5 8 250 9.5 10.75 0.625 10 300 11.374 12.75 0.688 12 350 12.5 14 0.75 14 400 14.25 16 0.875 16 450 16.124 18 0.938 18 500 17.876 20 1.062 20 According to the Fig.2 and Fig.3[5], calculating process of the specification parameter of the 8inch lenticular gasket is as follows: (1) Calculations of d2, d5, x Inner diameter of an 8inch flange : di=409.5mm Wall thickness: t=23.8mm d2 =565mm d5 =530mm x=48mm PS: d2, d5, x is ensured by the proportional relation of the correspond value of inner diameter of the standard flanges.
During the butt jointing of pipelines, the gaskets are interchangeable parts, and flanges are reusable parts, so the material of flanges should be harder than the gaskets to guarantee the soft one can reach the yield limit and avoid the excessive deformation of flange seal surface.
In the seal material of contact surfaces, the gasket is made by soft material, so the Rc value should be assigned as yield strength(205 Mpa) of stainless steel 316.

Experiment Materials Polypyrrole synthesis In the polymerization process of polypyrrole, these chemicals were used: pyrrole (Fluka) as a monomer, ammoniumpersulfate (MERCK) as an oxidant, 5-sulfosalicylic acid (Fluka) as a dopant.
In order to the diffusion coefficients are calculated from Higuchi's equation [5]: ( ) 2/1 0 /2 πDtCQ = (1) where Q is the amount of material flowing through a unit cross-section of barrier in unit time, C0 is the initial drug concentration in the hydrogel, D is the diffusion coefficient of a drug and the release time.

Furthermore, the addition of small amounts of Al and Si constituents to the nanocomposite structure of these materials considerably improved their tribological and anti-corrosive properties at operating temperatures exceeding 400 °C, such as hardness and wear resistance, thermal stability and denitrification temperatures [4].
The NSC film-samples showed foremost a positive skin effect up to a penetration depth of about 500 nm while bulk steel substrate in the same indentation depth-range of 12 – 500 nm demonstrated convincingly a negative skin effect or normal indentation size effect (ISE) that is characteristic for bulk material samples.
