Introduction Metro as a new means of transport in plays a vital role in easing urban traffic congestion, serve the general public with a safe, convenient, comfortable, clean form of transport.
Subway tunnel built on the place that has accumulated soil and geological complex, underground pipeline dense, narrow tunnels, heavy traffic, busy shopping center, and the construction and development along the subway tunnel will due to urban vertical deposition.
In order to ensure the safety of subway tunnels main structure and surroundings, the subway tunnel construction must be carried out settlement monitoring, timely analysis of the monitoring data and feedback, as well as to forecast future settlement[3-5].

Such design approach has already been adopted by International Codes (USA, Australia, UK, New Zealand, Sweden, Eurocode system) in the field of structural fire safety, by changing the standard of care from meeting the code prescriptive requirements (height and area limits, fire-resistance ratings, egress, separations, etc.) to demonstrating safe performance through design and analysis.

Fuel-efficient vehicles require safety, reliability, as well as user-friendly and modern external forms.
For example, low emission traffic zones, efficient parking management, imposing traffic tax and congestion charge, encouraging the use of clean and efficient vehicles, enforcing higher tax on buyers who choose vehicles with high energy consumption, and double tax on large cars and heavily polluting cars.
Perspective on policy "bottlenecks" for energy saving and emission reduction of China's motor traffic.
