Abstract.
The contact of stratigraphic unit and pile shaft unit is calculated by nonlinear three line load transfer function, take zero as the contact parameter of the karst cave, consider the compression of pile shaft only, and tip resistance is calculated by nonlinear material hardening model.

The test panels were constructed at 1/2 scale, with all materials the same as prototype.
The general order of ABAQUS modeling contains creating parts, defining material properties, assembly parts, setting analysis unit, defining the interactions between components, meshing, loading and determining boundary conditions.
After creation, we need to give material properties to each component through defining the "material" and "cross-section".
In this model, we adopted damaged plasticity model for masonry panel and concrete, which need to define the material properties and some other relevant parameters in plasticity definition [5-8], the value of all the parameters are shown in Table 2.
