The main task of the current study is to present the formulation of a free vibration analysis method considering all deformations of step tubular structures of tall buildings supported on elastic foundation soil, as long as the many tall building systems might be simplified as tubular structures[6,7,8] of continuous distributions of material property, and for the purpose of the application of ordinary differential equations (ODE) solver to the dynamic analysis of tall buildings structures.

V-cone-type throttle device includes a measuring tube coaxially mounted in the tip cone and the corresponding pressure port.Fluid pressure generated around the tip of the cone, the pressure of high pressure (pressure) is a contraction in the upstream fluid pressure port before the wall static pressure measured at P1, while the low pressure (vacuum) is the cone body to take pressure downstream of the hole measured pressure P2.Going against the top of the cone the direction of flow.As the fluid is not forced to shrink to near the center of the pipe axis, and is no longer a barrier material (cutting pieces) to make a sudden change in fluid flow direction, but to use this new structure within the cone of the flow throttling device to achieve gradually towards the side wall of the pipe shrinkage (throttle), so that V-cone flowmeter with a series of unique advantages.This flow meter downstream of its cutting pieces will produce high-frequency low-amplitude surge flow (small eddy), and therefore

Change the surface profile of air bearing with grooved bearing [3], arc surface [4], conical shape [5,
6], or more complicated tri-conical gap-shaped holes [7]; and Change the bearing surface structure or
use membrane type bearing [5, 8], or adapt porous material bearing [9, 10].
