Hydrogenation of Si surfaces plays a key role for ultra clean processing of Si [1-4] and is also the initial step for following treatments, like epitaxial growth of semiconductor material on c-Si [5-7] or thin gate oxide formation [8-10].
However, IPL decreases also at cathodic bias at longer processing times because cathodic bias induces a negative current and H-atoms are evolved at the surface which diffuse into the bulk material and are able to create defects [27]. 0 200 400 600 800 0.0 0.5 1.0 1.5 Time (s) non-purged N2 purged exchanged IPL (a.u.)

Within the aerosol which was composed of the same material, the amount of fluorescent material was linear with particle size, so we can introduce the concept of relative fluorescent intensity (RI) to eliminate measuring error caused by interference of size.

In the 1986 soil improvement regulations of Japan, the charcoal was regarded as an outstanding material in terms of soil improvement material [29].
Materials In this study, peat and Mikania micrantha charcoal (MMC) was used as a substrate.
It is implied that MMC is a porous material with an adsorbable ability.
