Introduction
In recent years, inorganic thermal insulation materials receive widespread attention due to the serious fire accidents caused by organic thermal insulation materials in China.
In the previous investigation, we made an attempt to fabricate an inorganic foam material with excellent performance and simple preparation technology, using sodium silicate and fly ash as the raw materials [5].
Moreover, it is considered that calcined materials display higher activities than non-calcined materials because the calcination process activates materials [7] by changing the crystalline structures into amorphous structures, during which extra energy is stored and the structural stability declines [8].

The results showed that some aggregate was more in quantity and smaller in the variation for the 9.5mm to 0.6mm material of recycled aggregate; the fineness modulus ratio (FMR) was 0.89, so the agglomerate degree of recycled asphalt mixture is relatively small, which had a little effect on the strength of the cold recycled mixtures; the gradation and unconfined compressive strength test of cement stabilized wasted asphalt mixture were made at different blending ratios; the reasonable range of the cold recycled utilization was 20% to 40% for the recycled old materials in Guaxing road.
Therefore, the analysis of waste asphalt mixture material variability is essential.

Keywords: Silicon carbide, Phenolic resin, Heat dissipating material, Thermal conductivity.
Compared to the diameter of 50µm composite materials, thermal conductivity of composite material increased.
This work demonstrated that the problem of low coefficient of thermal conductivity of materials used in the LED industry can be solved, and has very high reference value to obtain high performance LED heat dissipation materials.
