Preparation and Properties of SiC/Phenolic Resin for the Heat of LED Cong Wua, Kang Zhaob, Yufei Tangc and Jiyuan Mad* School of Materials Science and Engineering, Xi’an University of Technology, Xi’an 710048, China a18702960259@163.com, bkzhao@xaut.edu.cn, cyftang@xaut.edu.cn, d121611018@qq.com Keywords: Silicon carbide, Phenolic resin, Heat dissipating material, Thermal conductivity.
Compared to the diameter of 50µm composite materials, thermal conductivity of composite material increased.
This work demonstrated that the problem of low coefficient of thermal conductivity of materials used in the LED industry can be solved, and has very high reference value to obtain high performance LED heat dissipation materials.

The preparation of test materials.
Hot melt should overflow from heat shrinkable materials or it should be re-heated to adhesive overflow as qualified.
The anti-stripping test of anchor protection by heat shrinkable materials The method for anti-stripping test of prestressed anchor protection by heat shrinkable materials is based on the test specification close to domestic industries [15, 16] for design and test.
Through the anchorage on the face of thermal protection materials, construction technology testing, thermal protection materials, electrical insulation and sealing anchor test and thermal protection materials, peel test shows that using heat shrinkable material to protect prestressed anchor has the advantages of simple and reliable construction process, short construction period, low cost, good electrical insulation, as well as sealing and anti-peel strength.

Direct compression of powders requires materials exhibiting flowability and compressibility.
All materials were pre-sieved with a 500 lm aperture size sieve before size analysis [9].
Materials were steadily delivered to achieve an obscuration of 47%.

To implement the power self-generate function, we make an important change on the component of leaf springs which we setting piezoelectric materials on both sides of the spring.
With vibration of leaf springs, mechanical vibration energy will transform to pressure on piezoelectric materials and therefore micro-current will be came into being.
