The chemical industry with coal as raw material is called coal chemical industry and it can be classified into traditional coal chemical industry and advanced coal chemical industry.Traditional coal chemical industry means the industry with long history and mature technology such as coal coking,methanol from coal and calcium carbide from coal and advanced coal chemical industry refers to the industry directed by coal-based alternate energy such as converting coal into oil,olefin,dimethyl ether,natural gas and glycol.Traditional coal chemical industry in China develop with a extensive development mode which lead to a serious of problems : great resource and energy wastage with heavy environment load,similar product structure with many primary products and low deep -processing product,obvious surplus production with a high proportion of less competitive product and a low rate of operation,for instance,In 2008,the coke production utilization rate in China is about 75 percent,calcium carbide
In the meantime,our dependence on imported oil is increasing year by year.In 2009 China imported 2.04 tons of crude oil and the crude oil external dependence reach 52.6 percent.With the acceleration of industrialization process,the shortage of oil have seriously restricts the economic development of our country.Facing the serious lack of oil all over the world,the energy security prollem of China is becoming increasingly acute.It is significant for the strategy of oil substitute to develop the advanced coal chemical industry energetically,especially coal-based substitute solution such as coal liquifaction,coal to olefin ,etc As important fuel and chemical materials,coal plays an important role in the development of our national economy.But,about 50 percent of coal in China is used to generate electricity by direct combustion in thermal power industry The coal utilization efficiency of this primary manner is very low which not only caused such a waste in resorce but also spoiled the ecological
By referring to plenty of material, gas production of China in 1995-2012 can be obtained which are used as original data x(0) and GM (1,1) model is used to predict gas production of China in the future.

They can be synthetic or natural and can be classified according to their chemical nature as organic and inorganic and according to mechanism of action as anodic, cathodic or mixed inhibitor, in general the inorganic inhibitors have cathodic or anodic actions, but the organic inhibitors have both actions cathodic and anodic and can protect the metal by a film adsorption.[2] Surfactants are considered as an important corrosion inhibitor with high ability for several metals in different media so they are used in different applications in many practical fields such as petroleum oil recovery, corrosion inhibition water and environmental pollutions, biotechnology, wide applications in different industries, medical science, analytical chemistry, pollution control, physics and engineering field as they are multidisciplinary in nature. Experimental 2.1.Materials Experiments were performed on carbon steel of the following composition (weight %): 0.15–0.20% C, 0.60–0.90% Mn, 0.04% P, 0.05% S, and the remainder Fe. 2.2.Surfactants Anionic surfactants which used in this research obtained from Fluka product of pure quality (97%). 2.3.Solutions 1 M hydrochloric acid solution used as corrosive medium which was prepared using double distillated water and was standardized by sodium carbonate.
