Based on the research on the contents and features of eco-civilization construction, Song(2008), Chang(2009) and et al chose three levels with several indices in each level to construct the indexes system of evaluating the socialism eco-civilization, and then calculated the weight of three-class index by use of AHP method after asking the experts for advice[2] [3] [5].
Based on the PSR model, He and at el (2011) designed the four-class frame structure of system-goal-criteria-index to construct the evaluation indices system comprising 30 indexes in four aspects as the status of urban eco-civilization, pressure, renovation and support, and then comprehensively evaluated the eco-civilization construction level of Changsha city in Hunan province during the year of 2005-2009 by use of entropy evaluation method[7] [8] [9].
