In this century 40s and early 50s , fracture mechanics have been widely used in metal materials, then open up to nonmetal material field such as rock, concrete, gypsum etc.Since the 70's, the fatigue fracture mechanics had the very big development, gradually become emollient tool for analysising and predicting the fatigue life of structure. This paper deduce fatigue life forecast equation of cold-recycled material with method of fracture mechanics and estimate fatigue life of cold-recycled material through analysisng the factors affecting the fatigue life of cold-recycled material and choosing the suitable parameters.
Figure 2 Fatigue crack growth rate division Forman formula is considered theⅡarea, Ⅲ area and the average stress on the fatigue crack effect, The average stress on to the influence of the fatigue crack, choose as the main parameters of the stress ratio R, Forman formula [7] below: (1) ——Material test parameters ——Stress intensity factor picture () ——Stress than () ——Fracture toughness of material In all the influence factors of crack propagation, Elastic modulus, propagation threshold and the fracture toughness three factors change to crack growth behavior change is the most direct reason, and other factors on the influence of the crack propagation is indirect.
C and m of Fatigue life prediction formula are material test parameters, and many other factors affect fatigue life of the test, such as temperature, humidity, loading frequency, and all of the implicit.

Considering the targeted lifetime of systems using this technology (> 60kh), long-term testing is required to certify material properties throughout the life cycle.
In this work, the effect of pressure (1 to 4 bar) at various operating temperatures (750 to 850°C) on the oxidation kinetics and electrical properties of AISI 441 steel was investigated.
While oxide growth was affected by pressure at all test temperatures, electrical properties showed significant changes only at 850°C.
Considering the targeted lifetime of SOFC systems (> 60kh), long-term testing is required to certify the material properties throughout the operating lifetime [4].
This suggests an accelerating effect on the evolution of the electrical properties promoted by pressure.

Nacreous coatings on orthopedic implants can be advantageous because of its robust mechanical properties, high biocompatibility, and ability to promote bone growth.
Nacre exhibits comparable mechanical properties to that of natural human bone [3].
Therefore slower coating growth on the Ti implants in this study may have been affected by factors such as diet and animal species.
These factors should be further investigated.

The amount of metal binder significantly affects the properties of cermet tools.
However, it was shown [1,12] that behaviour of multiphase materials cannot be evaluated by only a measured mechanical characteristic or by complex of bulk properties.
Overview of the composition and mechanical properties of the materials examined in this study are listed in Table 1.
Composition and mechanical properties of the materials.
Some advantage of mechanical properties of steel over nickel gives some preference to TS cermet over TN at low velocity of impact.

The differences of thermal and physical properties between aluminum alloys and stainless steel result in different temperature and hardness profiles.
Stacking fault energy (SFE) of the materials can affect dislocation interactions or strength during thermo-mechanical processing.
The thermal properties can affect the overall temperature distribution and contribute strength drop.
Increased temperature affected precipitate sizes and shapes in the welded zone and decreased overall strength.

The result indicated that under the interactions of freeze-thaw and mixed erosive solution, there were not only physical changes but also chemical reactions occurred in concrete, which exacerbate the mechanical properties deterioration of concrete.
Introduction The attack of freeze-thaw is one of the major factors which induce performance deterioration of existing reinforced concrete structures in cold regions.
This indicates that the joint function of the erosion solution contains sodium sulfate and sodium chloride and the freeze-thaw affected the concrete surface sapling significantly.

Introduction With the applying of the linear shaped charge in blasting engineering, more and more scholars are interesting in study the factors which can influence on linear shaped charge jet, and want to set up the theory foundation.
With the character of the vary rate of clad thickness, the different results of linear shaped charge jet penetration affected by rock types are analyzed.
*MAT_HIGH_EXPLOSIVE_BURN [2,3]and *EOS_JWL are used to depicting the inherent characteristics and dynamic properties of the TNT.
However, there are different physical and mechanical properties among these rocks, so the best linear shaped charge is changed.
Conclusions During simulating the full process of linear shaped charge jet with eight kinds of uneven thickness clad penetrate the different rocks, and discussing the phenomenon of cracks formation and propagation under the impact of linear shaped charge jet with uneven thickness clad, there are several important propositions as follow: Considering structures of the linear shaped charges and physical and mechanical properties of rocks, it is shows that the longest crack is found in Gneiss, the shortest crack is found in Iron ore and the crack length of Granite is in between.

These micro parts may be produced by Micro electro-mechanical system (MEMS) technology.
Alternatively, metal forming is one of potential technologies especially suitable for the mass production of metallic parts because of the advantages of high production rate, minimized material loss, excellent mechanical properties of the final product and close tolerances.
The factors used to investigate the size effects include the size of grain and the size of feature.
The above literature reviews show that grain size does affect material flow behavior.
The above results show that grain size affects the depth of the deformed dome.
