The tool path data
file or G-Code program obtained from UG includes cutter contact point data.
As Momtoman robot can read data including no more than 999 points, the software split automatically the path data into multiple files after the CNC programs being translated.
The modeling data is transformed into CNC G-Code programs for NC machining, which gives the robot polishing data for the robot controller.
The polishing path data of mold is shown in Fig. 3.
Route extracting path data from CNC G-Code programs or tool path data file obtained from UG/CAM system is proposed, and methods of tool orientation representation are discussed.

.% of ES nano bio-filler, respectively showed a significant reduction in total heat rate, promoting thicker and more uniform char layer in protecting the steel structural.
The results were calculated based on the average of three experimental data [8].
Comparison of the temperature profile of the coated steel plates and height of char layer Moreover, the data in Fig. 2 also showed that the thickness of the intumescent char layer for B and D containing ES nano bio-filler was increased to 39.0 mm and 48.0 mm, respectively.
The samples B and D showed a very significant improvement in reduction of THR with the addition of ES nano bio-filler.

In addition, reduction in the adsorption capacity with respect to temperature proves that the physisorption process is dominant.
The data was stored in Microsoft Excel macros.
Fig. 3: N2 adsorption isotherm at -196oC Type I isotherm data is evaluated to acquire the BET surface area, pore volume, and average pore diameter, and the findings of the porosity for both activated carbons are as tabulated in Table 1.
Based on Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, the reduction in the CO2 and N2 adsorption capacity with respect to temperatures implies that the physisorption process is dominant.

Moreover, the use of biodiesel will lead to loss in engine power mainly due to the reduction in heating value of biodiesel compared to diesel.
The reduction of CO2 emissions for biodiesel was 22% lower than diesel at full load.
(c) EGR(Exhaust Gas Recirculation) EGR can inhibit the maximum combustion temperature and leads to higher reduction of NOx with lower increase of smoke [22].

Powder metallurgy (PM) offers an effective cost reduction due to near-net shape production [1, 5].
Such treatment should guarantee the porosity reduction without imposing uncontrollable grain growth and layers’ delamination.
However, it increases the risk of uncontrollable grain growth in part due to porosity reduction and gives higher affinity for the alloy oxidation.
Porosity and Vickers hardness measurements data of individual layers in three-layered samples with TiB and TiC particles after the sintering and after subsequent hot pressing and annealing.
At such degree of total deformation of the layered plate the layer of Ti-64 alloy was enable of 20 % deformation and porosity reduction from 3.6 to 1-1.5%.

CV is more suitable for comparison than Std as its gives and unbiased spread of data relatively to the mean.
3 RESULTS AND DISCUSSIONS
3.1 Dry bulk density
Table 2 shows the mean, standard deviation and coefficient of variation of the hygrothermal properties for each mix.
The CV between the two mixes of hay fibres do not greatly change (2.10 for 1% content and 2.51% for 3% content). 3.2 Thermal conductivity Plant fibres add-ons have shown a reduction tendency for the thermal conductivity (table 2).
The highest spread of hemp-based one among 1% fibres replacement can be explained by its length variation; (Millogo et al., 2014) noticed the reduction of thermal conductivity with increasing length of Hibiscus Cannabinus fibres in pressed adobe composites, as these latters provide more volumes of pores inside the material.
It was noted by mean a global reduction of water desorption ability with 3% of fibre content.
(Stefania L. et al, 2018) show that replacement of olive fibres lead to reduction of moisture absorption of clay-fibred plasters for by comparing 12% and 8% fibres content.

The interfaces and the extra scattering centers will make a significant reduction on the thermal conductivity.
The data shows the difference of thermal conductivity between the composites samples and matrix sample keep steady in the whole temperature.
With the content of the nano ZnO particles increase, the reduction of lattice thermal conductivity become more significantly.
Nano-ZnO particles can act as extra scattering centers, which will make contribution to the reduction of κl.
Gossard, Thermal conductivity reduction and thermoelectric figure of merit increase by embedding nanoparticles in crystalline semiconductors, Phys.

When the
wedged-ring couple attaches tightly with the upper cylinder, a maximal reduction of 6.5% in
relative displacement at LD is observed and 5.6% at JK.
If the wedged-ring couple attaches tightly with the lower cylinder, then a maximal reduction of 2.1% is obtained at LD and 1.8% at JK.
The axial stresses on the outer surface in the joint of the lower cylinder are pressure stresses, as shown in Fig. 10, and those on the inner surface in the joint of the upper cylinder from axial position 145 mm to 158 mm are also pressure ones, which are well fit with the experimental measurement data and the numerical simulated results obtained by a 3D friction contact FE model [6].
When the wedged-ring couple attaches tightly with the upper cylinder, a maximal reduction of 24.5% in maximal von Mises stress on the inner surface of the joint and a maximal reduction of 13.6% on the outer surface of the joint are observed.
When the wedged-ring couple attaches tightly with the lower cylinder, a maximal reduction of 22.5% in maximal von Mises stress on the inner surface of the joint and a maximal reduction of 30.2% on the outer surface of the joint are found.

Introduction
Nowadays, the search for materials that contribute to the reduction of CO2 emission, consequently producing less pollution and lowering ozone layer damages, has been increasing.
Therefore, an important strategy for the sustainability of this sector consists in the weight reduction of automotive and aerospace structures, which results in the reduction not only of pollutant emission, but also of expenses with energy [1].
The temperature reduction to homogenize the alloy also contributes to reduce Zn losses due to its elevated partial vapor pressure, which is associated with its lowest melting point (420°C) among the used raw materials.
Firstly, the heating curve shows that the liquidus temperature of the alloy is 620°C, evidencing that the addition of rare earths causes the reduction of the liquidus temperature of the ZK60 alloy, which is 635°C [2].
