Abstract.
The capacitance of porous electrodes depends on the porosity, surface chemistry, the wettability and conductive properties of porous materials.
Here, the effects of the KOH/CTP mass ratios and the heating modes on the pore structure parameters and electrochemical performance of MCs in supercapacitors are addressed.
The pore structure characterization of MCs was performed on the basis of low temperature nitrogen adsorption/desorption isotherms measured on a sorptometer ASAP2010.

The formation of Ti2Fe2O7 was possibly due to the volatilization of the precursor during the thermal treatment may result in a loss of stoichiometry, giving rise to the formation of either Fe-rich phases or the appearance of titanium and oxygen vacancies in the FeTiO3 structure.

The other research is about active carbon from rice straw using chemistry activation.
Characterization The Characterizations are XRD test to know the phase that produced, PSA test to know the size of particle, SEM-EDS test to know the morphology, percentage of unsure and chemistry composition in the electrode sample.
The diffractogram pattern on figure 1 produce amorphous structure with peak that is not sharp.
Energy which is given to the particle along the milling process can dislocate the cell structure and produce the random nanoparticle.

Abstract.
Results and Discussion 2.1 Chemistry With the aim to obtain potentially anti-inflammatory indolizine and study their structure-activity relationships, a series of 3-alkyloxylindolizine derivatives were synthesized through the Sonogashira coupling and intramolecular cyclization reaction from the propargyl ether (2) and 2-bromopyridine (Scheme 1).
The further studies on the structure-activity relationship of these indolizine derivatives and their anti-inflammatory activity were under way in our research group.

Abstract.
It has been proved that the antioxidant properties of a hindered phenol molecule are predetermined by the presence of the OH groups in its structure, which form a conjugated system with aromatic ring bonds.
The synthesis of compounds of this group was first performed at the Komi Chemistry Institute of Scientific Centre of the Ural branch of the Russian Academy of Sciences (Syktyvkar, Russian Federation) [6].

Carbon doped oxide dielectrics comprised of Si, C, O, and H (SiCOH) have been prepared by
plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) from octamethylcyclo-tetrasiloxane
(OMCTS) for films with k≥2.7, and a proprietary chemistry for films with k≤2.4. 300mm wafers
comprised of carbon doped oxide SiCOH films with an underlying adhesion layer were used for
both full wafer as well as bench-top coupon testing.
The chemical structure of all films, pre and post strip, has been characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR).
In the case of the more conventional wet chemistries included, as the k Figure 2. a) cross section (90°) SEM image of the as-received PECVD SiCOH film (k=2.2); b) 90°and c) 60° view of same film processed with RegenSi; d) 90°and e) 60° after HF processing value decreased the SiCOH films were more difficult to strip and surface defects were clearly visible to the naked eye.
The chemical structure of the blanket SiCOH films was investigated using FTIR spectroscopy and the resulting spectra for the 2.2 k film are shown in Figure 3.
