Abstract: Green manufacturing is an effective way of realizing the sustainable development strategy. From the view of evolution of production chain and goods value, energy-saving, cleaner production and green manufacturing of iron and steel industry is discussed and the importance of system optimization of steel manufacturing process is stressed. Connotation of green manufacturing for the iron and steel was explained, the function of steel production process for green manufacturing was discussed and the content system of implementation of green manufacturing for the iron and steel enterprise was established. Finally the steel production process was optimized. The function of iron and steel manufacturing procedure are broaden-manufacturing function of steel product, function of energy conversion and function of waste recycling, which will enhance enterprise’s competitiveness and sustainability.

Abstract: In order to improve the level of control and management of coke oven, the research on control and management integrated system is carried out. In modern advanced control system of coke oven, the control scheme of feedback combined with feed-forward, and control merged with management is widely used. The integrated control and management system of coke oven is introduced systematically, including the system model, production planning and management, heating control system, the model and method of evaluating temperature, intelligent combustion control and the pressure control gas collector of coke oven. It is pointed out that the integration of control and management is the developing orientation of coke oven control system.

Abstract: In accordance with the main flow characteristics of steel and iron production process, some problems are analyzed coming from the making, performance and feedback of the production planning of iron and steel business enterprises in this paper. By using operation research theories and genetic algorithms, one advanced planning model of iron and steel productions suitable of various circumstance and environments is established to set up on the factor of the segment and environment variety. Penalty function is adopted in the course of getting solution. These parameters of scale of father population, crossover probability, mutation probability and penalty factor are combined and optimized. At the same time, to improve these algorithms and the solution process actually, some optimized models and projects were put forward from some plans on the basis of collecting information. It accords with the actual conditions of this enterprise basically that the optimization solution to production plans of real iron and steel enterprise by using the algorithm.

Abstract: A two-stage synthetic method for accurately realizing the track was presented according to the characteristic of controlled mechanism of two degrees of freedom and mechanical character of controlled driving component. An optimized model of controlled mechanism that can accurately realize the track of many points was built. Using the method of generalized inverse based on windows solves the displacement, velocity and acceleration of compensation movement. Controlled mechanism was simulated and analyzed by using visualization way etc. It provided a reliable and practical work platform for researching and applying controlled mechanism.

Abstract: Heat-treatment was emphasized for its important role to qualify the products of heavy rail, and induction quenching was one of the widely used heating process methods. The temperature field of U71Mn heavy rail during the quenching process and various kinds of factors that may influence temperature field to be distributed were simulated by the FEM software. The result shows that the main factors that influence the way that temperature field was distributed were how long the heating and keeping warm time were, and the value of the pressure of wind when cooing the steel, the difference of which would directly influence the results of the heat treatment of heavy rail. It is significantly valuable for the choice of relevant parameters for the heat treatment of U71Mn heavy rail.

Abstract: The process of air separation unit has the characteristics of many types of equipment, long flow, and strong relativity and complicates structures. A multi-variable model predictive control strategy to achieve the goal of automatic variable-load for the control limits in the variable-load process of air separation unit was proposed. Regard model predictive controller as the core, the problems of coupling in the various technological parameters were solved. Moreover, the non-linear control request for global variable-loading process was satisfied, and the perfect operation character and rate were ensured. Production characteristics, structure, scheme and application processes for the control strategy were described in detail. The system succeeds in applying to the air separation unit in an iron and steel enterprise, the multi-variable control system shows its effectiveness and efficiency in the automatic variable-loading.

Abstract: Green design and green manufacturing are new design concepts, involving a sustainable development strategy in manufacturing. Definitions of green design, green manufacturing and green product are given. The principles of green design are put forward. It is pointed out that green design and green manufacturing in electromechanical product are developing trends in electromechanical manufacturing. Trends in the green design and manufacturing in electromechanical product are discussed concerning globalization, socialization, integration, parallelism, intelligence and industrialization.

Abstract: Coke oven production has the characteristics of nonlinear, large inertia, large disturbances, and highly-coup ling and so on. The control method of “intermittent heating control” is adopted in traditional heating control system of coke oven, and cannot satisfy the command of heating control on coke oven. The control principle of combining the “intermittent heating control” with the heating gas flow adjustment is adopted according to analysis the difficulty and strategy of heating control on coke oven. On the basis of studying deficiency of the existing control strategy, fuzzy compound control is proposed to establish heating intelligent control model of coke oven, which combines feedback control, feedforward control and fuzzy intelligent control. Carbonization index is used in the model to control coking management of coke oven. Then heating fuzzy intelligent control structure of coke oven is built. According to artificial experience and actual condition, fuzzy controller is designed. Fuzzy control can deal with fuzzy, inexact or uncertainty information and has great robust, which can realize intelligent control of heating process of coke oven. Better control result of temperature control is realized by fuzzy intelligent control model. The system has great practical value.

Abstract: At present, iron and steel enterprise develops towards the direction with many procedure, many process, many variety and many specification, and reaches hundreds and thousands of product series and product mix, how to plan, organize and control steel production, production schedule of its product line is a key issue. Mixed production plan model of product line can be summed up in a kind of network flow plan issue. According to the characteristics of network flow plan issue, the production schedule model of product network flow is established through describing digraph-connected graph of production procedure of iron and steel enterprise. Its goal function is the biggest profit of production of product line, restrain functions are the capacity limiting conditions, the balanced condition of the middle peak point, capacity restrain with supply and sell production and restrain with enterprise procedure process resources. Several key resource production procedure processes are chosen to calculate by using standard library function of the Matlab7.0 genetic algorithm toolbox to program. Penalty function is adopted in the course of getting solution. These parameters of scale of father population, crossover probability, mutation probability and penalty factor are combined and optimized. Results indicate that goal value reach convergence after finish 119 iterative operations. It accords with the actual conditions of this enterprise basically that the optimization solution to production plans of real iron and steel enterprise by using the algorithm.

Abstract: This text has put forward the basic conception of visual angle, inside the track and outside the track. According to characteristic of controlled five-bar mechanism that can realize track of many points accurately, optimization model of controlled mechanism that can accurately realize track of many points was built. The method of generalized inverse based on windows solves optimal solution to displacement, speed, and acceleration of compensation movement and respond frequency as goal function. The instance calculating indicates that this method is practical and feasible.
