Abstract: Systems in the real world are becoming more intelligent, however intelligence has not been widely applied to lighting systems, which are necessary and indispensable parts of human life[1].In this paper, we propose a explosion-proof LED intelligent lighting system for the chemical production, it integrates MCU technology, sensor technology, ZigBee wireless communication technology, WCDMA 3G mobile internet technology, it could overcome the defects of traditional lighting in the chemical production, like poor management, single control, waste of human resources. The level of explosion-proof safety and lighting efficiency will be enhanced.The system could be an instance of intelligent lighting applications.

Abstract: In order to meet the increasing personalized needs of users in the steel trading platform, the intelligent recommendation system has been introduced into the platform. And the users’ interests and preferences-based modeling is the key and foundation of recommendation system, and changes with the change of time. So, in this paper, the user preferences are divided into long-term and short-term firstly, then the users’ basic information vectors and cluster method are used to model users’ long-term interests and preferences, while mining and analyzing users’ operating records in the platform to model users’ the short-term. Finally, the whole interest and preference’s model of user will be built by integrating the two models.

Abstract: In recent years, with the arrival of the era of mobile Internet, the “pipeline” crisis of telecom operators began to highlight, and tends to be serious. To avoid channelization, the leading telecom industry proposed successively the development strategy of “intelligent pipeline” on mobile Internet. In this context, the pipeline capacity requirements are analyzed, and the concept of 3D pipeline are put forward, then the nature of pipeline, such as extensity, systematicness and openness, are analyzed. Secondly, this paper also researches the method (add, subtract, multiply and divide) of pipeline. Finally, an application model of 3D pipeline is proposed.

Abstract: With the development of the LED bulb assembly line, the demand of the production line monitoring system is getting higher and higher. A real-time LED bulb assembly line monitoring system based on the OPC technology and Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 software is established. The real-time data of the LED bulb assembly line is provided to achieve the function which concludes alarming, scheduling, showing and so on. LED bulb assembly line monitoring system provides the strong safeguard for the smooth operation of production line.

Abstract: With the development of the digital workshop technology, the digital workshop monitoring system is becoming more and more demanding. Data management is a key technology in the design of digital workshop monitoring system. The simulation model of the workshop is established based on virtual reality platform software Visual Components in the paper. The data in the production field are sent by Labview software, and the receiver is programmed by C# and the received data are stored in database created by SQL Server2008. TCP/IP protocol is used to realize the transfer between sender and receiver. Three fault libraries are established to achieve fault warning in digital workshop monitoring system. An example of digital workshop monitoring system is shown to prove the feasibility.

Abstract: With a brief introduction of basic concepts and characteristics of green manufacturing, the research status and development trend of green manufacturing is analyzed, and a number of key technologies on green manufacturing are briefly discussed, including green design, green simulation, and green monitoring. The application of green manufacturing in automobiles and machine tools are described to prove the good prospects.

Abstract: The reliability of the production line is closely linked to the operating status of the device. In order to ensure the reliability of equipment operation, this paper puts forward the visual modeling of the intelligent monitoring in the production line based on UML modeling. On the basis of the system analysis, a modeling which provides a unified visualization for all stages of the design and the realization of the system is built by the UML modeling language and includes the use-case model, and static class structure model and system dynamic structure model. Moreover the paper raise a specific business process, which is greatly shortened the cycle of developing system, improves the reliability of production systems and utilization of capacity and provides a reliable guarantee for automatic production.

Abstract: In order to study urban surface dust distribution, a three-dimensional model is proposed and the distribution of wind and the distribution law of air pollutants are researched. 3D campus of Shanghai University as a typical area is selected. The standard height (Twenty two meters) of teaching building for reference has been chosen. In different distances such as Eight、Twelve、Fifteen、Twenty meters, the amount and distribution of wind speed were obtained from simulation using FLUENT software. Combined with the particulate of air pollution’s distribution in urban surface, the optimized design of the main campus’s building spacing is analyzed. The results show that when the building space is about Fifteen meters, the concentration of pollutants and the distribution of wind speed is optimized.

Abstract: Because of the advantage of RFID, people have attached importance to this technology. The RFID application system needs a convenient and efficient way to transmit data on Internet. The proposed method is data transfer with J2EE. It can provide a great solution to remote communicate with RFID systems, and make the RFID application system operating more efficient. The system has been successfully applied to Shanghai Key Laboratory of Mechanical Automation and Robotics, and satisfactory results are obtained.

Abstract: The collaborative design and manufacturing is applied in the aircraft industry. This paper introduces the collaborative design and manufacturing mode in aircraft industry and presents its structural framework. The data is managed in the structure of BOM and there are two ways to share the data between the suppliers. The collaborative design and manufacturing process reflects the concept of concurrent engineering. The collaborative design and manufacturing system has been applied in the project of C919 which could sharply shorten the research cycle and reduce the product cost.
