The 84 papers in this collection originally were presented during the Electronics Division Meeting of the Ceramic Society of Japan held in October 2007 in Tokyo. Topics include dielectrics, piezoelectrics, ferroelectrics, semiconductors, magnetic ceramics, thin films, batteries and cells, memory devices, and optical devices. The intent of the publication is to bring researchers and engineers up to date on the latest thinking and techniques in the science and technology of electroceramics.
