Application of Optimal Fitting in the Static Thrust Line Measurement of Solid Rocket Motor

Article Preview

Abstract:

This paper takes a certain solid rocket engine as the research object, and studies the optimal measuring techniques of static trust line based on coordinate conversion. A simulation was taken to measure the thrust line of a rocket motor which has concave arc-paraboloid structure. The experiment proved that the technique proposed in this paper provided higher measuring efficiency and better accuracy.
