Driving Belt Conveyor Based on Long-Term Transmission Inverter

Article Preview

Abstract:

Conventional inverter drive has been unable to meet the growing power requirements for belt conveyor, according to this situation, this paper proposes the design of using long-range transmission of inverter drive parameter and controlling belt conveyor regardless of the explosion-proof. Based on transmission line theory, this paper established a model of driving line circuit for long-distance transmission, and did the simulating analysis on factors that affects the motor end voltage using MATLAB simulation software. According to the result, the control system for driving belt conveyor based on long-term transmission inverter can transmit the parameters exactly and run reliably, besides, the system can not only achieve energy saving, but also certificate safety and efficiency.
