Abstract: To understanding future market conditions of agricultural pumps in Henan province, need to predict numbers of agricultural pumps at each year-end. Expatiated the principle of prediction based on BP neural network, and constructed the model of prediction. The BP neural network was trained with normalized statistical data of agricultural pumps in Henan province from 1990 to 2010, and gained parameters of the neural network. Test shows the model has high predictive precision. The average absolute value of predicted relative errors is 1.333%. Numbers of agricultural pumps at each year-end in Henan province of China from 2011 to 2015 were predicted, and the trend was also presented.

Abstract: The features of vast distributed dynamic information on Web caused the problem of “overload” and “mislead” while query. Intelligent agent is a way to solve it. After considering the problems of users’ personal interests during the information retrieve adequately, the paper proposes an intelligent information retrieval model based-on Agent. This system integrated domain knowledge and used many arithmetic of learning user’s interest. Each Agent co-operates to finish information retrieval task, manifest the characteristics of intellectualization and individuality of in information retrieval. It is a good way to realize the highly effective intelligent retrieval system research.

Abstract: A finite element model of radar cooling board friction stir welding process was built in ANSYS software based on an instantaneous relative linear velocity heat source model. Temporal and spatial temperature distribution disciplinarians were analyzed; results show that the peak temperature is lower than the base material melting point, as a result there is no material melt during the welding process. Temperatures change disciplinarily with the progress of welding process at each point.

Abstract: The fender forces in the rigid and flexible berthing systems, the displacement of berthing platform were determined in the ship berthing with different berthing speeds, as 10,000 tons oil storage tanker vessel for example. The comparison on test data were carried out for the differential analysis on the fender forces between the rigid and flexible berthing in still water. In contrast to the rigid berthing system, if the berthing speed of the ship is limited to 1 knot, the fender force can be decreased by 50% around in flexible berthing which absorbs energy through the displacement of the berthing platform and the power-absorbing effect was improved with the increase of the ship berthing speed; while the fender force were diminished dramatically, the displacement of berthing platform can satisfy the requirement of the engineering.

Abstract: A modification to the parameter estimation update law in [Q. Jia, Adaptive control and synchronization of a new hyper chaotic system with unknown parameters, Phys. Lett. A 362 (2007) 424] is proposed. So the unknown parameters are avoided to be used to construct a controller and also numerical simulation is done at the end of this paper and good performance is achieved to testified the rightness and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Abstract: Profibus is widely used in industrial control field for the features of powerful communication real-time performance, high transfer rate, low cost and so on. FPGA and ASIC chip SPC3 are both used to design a Profibus-DP intelligent slave in this paper. And the time series design of FPGA cooperating with SPC3 in 80C32 working mode is detailed so that a new method of simple design of Profibus-DP intelligent slave is put forward.

Abstract: Using the similar products’ FMECA conclusion, and structuring the products’ judgment matrix of each component and each risk assessment factor by applying T-FAHP method, then to determine the reliability index apportionment weights of each component taking designer’s demands, customer’s feedback and expert’s experience into consideration, it makes the conclusion agree with engineering practice. At last, the calculation of example proves the method is scientific and reasonable.

Abstract: An analytical method was presented on some pairs of gear teeth contacting each other at the same time. First, the software Pro/E is applied to establish two kinds of gear whose fillet curves are typical double circular and single circular respectively. Second, changes of meshing locations is made to get omni-directional contact analysis results. At last a conclusion was drawn that bending stress on dedendum double circular gear is 1.3~1.5 times bigger than that on dedendum single circular gear,that is dedendum single circular gear has better carrying capacity. The study provides a good method for studying gear bending stress.

Abstract: In order to expand the processing methods of the space complex curved surface parts, serial robots are introduced into the wire-cutting processing field and multi-axis linkage equipment is presented, that using the serial robot arm to replace the linear cutting machine table and its affiliates. A mathematical model of the multi-axis linkage series wire-cutting robot is built and its virtual prototype is built based on ADAMS/View, and the forward kinematics analysis is carried out. The results show that the mechanical structure of the robot is reasonable. This way has important significance to the rapid design and manufacturing of a multi-axis linkage wire-cutting robot.

Abstract: Crash simulation systems in laboratory are widely used in the development of components or protect against the crash pulse. Based on a rod control hydraulic engery absorber, the paper describes a new crash simulator providing repeatable simulation of the important parameters of the automobile deceleration pulses during crash condition. The mathematic models of absorber and the control rod design method were presented also .According to replaced the different variable diameter control rod of absorber, the simulator is simple and easy to simulate different crash pulses including total velocity and acceleration during the pulse. and the control effect of the simulator was tested and verified by experiments.
