Abstract: In the essay, the Low carbon ductile iron by laser surface alloying processing has been experimentally studied. Results indicate that on low carbon ductile iron matrix coated with different alloy powder, structure of laser surface alloying processing is very small, the combination quality between alloying layer and matrix is good. Low carbon ductile iron after laser surface treatment, maternal surface hardness are greatly enhanced, maternal surface hardness increasing from HV250~330 to the highest about HV1400, surface laser hardening effect of Low carbon ductile iron is very obvious.

Abstract: Corrosion of molybdenum in molten aluminum was investigated by static immersion tests. The layer formed between aluminum and molybdenum was consist of Al4Mo at 700°C, Al8Mo3 at 750°C, Al4Mo and Al8Mo3 at 800°C range for periods varying from 8 to 120 h . The intermetallic layer broke up as long as it grew due to thermal stresses and dispersed in the molten aluminum. The weight-loss of molybdenum varied linearly with time. The corrosion rate increased with temperature and the activation energy was nearly 88.4 kJ mol-1.

Abstract: By using the multi-ion plating, the CrAlTiN composite films were made on the suface of piston rings to improve its tribological properties and increase service life. The effects of negative bias voltage on morphology, hardness, adhesion strength, microstructure and tribological properties were studied. The results show that the morphology, phases, hardness, adhesion and wearability of the films were varied with negative bias voltage. When the negative bias voltage was at -200V, the hardness, adhesion strength of CrTiAlN coatings reaches maximum and the surface roughness, weightlessness for CrTiAlN composite coatings reaches minimum. And the conclusion can be obtained that the key factor which influences the wearability of the films are the function of the crystal size and adhesion strength together.

Abstract: Through making experiment, research and summary on three situations of Thomas, Cossack and Bare Foot, as well as the mechanical parameters under the combination of these three situations, the paper concludes the differences of the properties (such as stamping and shock resistance, etc.) among various special shoes for aerobics and different influences on bounce action caused by these various shoes. It plays an instructive significance to the choice of professional aerobic shoes

Abstract: The use of fly ash is in harmony with the concept of sustainable development. This paper discusses the effect of replacing ratio of fly ash (FA), ambient relative humidity, temperature, curing age and w/c on carbonation of concrete made with low-volume FA. The process was accelerated in artificial carbonation laboratory by controlling 20% concentration of CO2, temperatures from 20°C to 60 °C and 30%-70% relative humidity. The contrastive results show that the carbonation model for predict carbonation depth has a nice performance.

Abstract: Signal transmission is often subject to the disturbance of white noise. Owing to the spectrum of white noise can be found in the real number field, it is often difficult to filter out with the traditional filter. This article describes the methods of white noise suppression using adaptive filter and mean filter. First, using the genetic algorithm to optimize the weight vector of the adaptive filter, and then using the method of the mean filter to further filter, Simulation results show that the filter can effectively suppress white noise.

Abstract: Many factors affect the determination of moisture content in oil by Karl Fischer Method; there are objective factors such as water, samples and temperature environment, respectively 46# turbine oil and 25# transformer oil for example, from a gross error, correlation coefficient, and other subjective perspective, the causes of error are analyzed; correlation coefficient very close to 1 and most of the relative error in ( -0.15,0.00) are discussed, which shows that high measuring accuracy and precision of this method.

Abstract: Casing damage is a very severe problem in steam-injection well due to thermal stress. In this paper, the computational model of casing-cement-formation coupling system is established. Considering strength degradation of casing, the temperature field and stress field are coupled to calculate casing stress. Related factors, such as concentric casing, cement thickness, casing specification and internal pressure, are considered to analyze casing safety. The results show that yield strength of N80 casing reduces as a linear function with temperature variation. There is little effect of cement thickness and casing specification on the thermal stress. Von Mises stress decreases with increase of steam injection pressure in wellbore as the casing doesn't yield. Based on the results, some measures against casing damage are presented.

Abstract: A novel method for the preparation of the chelating fiber with amine as functional group has been investigated. Poly (N-vinylformamide/acrylonitrile) solution was directly spun into fiber via a wet-spinning. The as-spun fiber was then hydrolyzed into poly(vinylamine/acrylonitrile)fiber in acidic condition. The morphology and properties of the fiber were determined by SEM, TGA and Tensile Strength Tester. The results indicated that the chelating fiber has a good adsorption ability of Cu2+, high thermal stability and appropriate mechanical properties.

Abstract: This paper analysis the file structure of SWF. Design the parsing framework of SWF file and introduce the whole process. The parsing process is in two important steps: file head parsing and tag parsing. Analysis the format of header and Tag. Describes the structure of short tag and long tag. On the basis of the parsing procedures, a visual basic procedure is designed to achieve SWF environmental information, element information and control of information. Clarify the internal structure of the SWF file, which is important for parsing SWF.
