Abstract: The single watermark algorithms always merely have single function. In order to overcome the drawback, this paper proposed a dual video watermarking scheme based on transform domain. To implement the video copyright and integrality authentication, this paper embedded robust watermarking and fragile watermark. At the same time, this scheme made good use of the wavelet transform to embed the two different kinds of watermarking in the same video respectively. The fragile watermarking is to serve the robust watermarking. Experiments demonstrate this scheme can not only protect the copyright of the video effectively, but also protect against some attacks, such as shearing attack, JPEG lossy compression attack, noise attack etc. This scheme has better robustness and invisibility.

Abstract: The object of this study is the application of Multi-mode combined polishing, which is combination of polishing technology mode and current high-end CNC machining technology, to optical manufacturing. Detailed analysis and explanation of application of multi-mode combined polishing to optical manufacturing are made, from the perspectives of basic information and Preston equation of multi-mode combined polishing. And thus demonstrate the crucial role and significance of application of this technology in further promote and enhance the precision of optical processing operation efficiency.

Abstract: Underground equipments in coal mine is a complex system, in order to ensure coal mine works safety, monitor the status of underground equipments is an important part in commanding and dispatching system. Monitoring system for underground equipments based on panoramic images, is combined with the static panoramic images of underground surrounding and real-time sensor data, not only realize real-time status monitoring for underground equipments, but also get a direct impression for underground surrounding. B/S mode is applied in the monitoring system, is convenient for users to monitor the equipments, decreases the load of the DB Server. Meantime it can reduce the waste of the resource. Therefore it is a simple and effective monitoring system.

Abstract: The anti-settlement dehydration process of the phosphate ester fire-resistant oil is analyzed with Lab VIEW which is a kind of graphical programming language. It describes the process of the anti-settlement dehydration of the fire-resistant oil and compiles the simulation program, find the movement feature of the droplet and the operation mechanism of the system in the process of the anti-settlement. It is a foundation for further enhancing the dehydration of the anti-settlement method to fire-resistant oil.

Abstract: It is the latest trend of recent research to handle a multi-media picture by using parallel processing technology.Image processing based on the embedded parallel computation is a new field, while not using a parallel processing technique to process the image in the traditional sense. This paper investigates an embedded image processing application parallel to reduce the load imbalance in order to achieve parallel structure.

Abstract: Cell Nerve Network (CNN) has been used to process the cloudy radar image. And then we use mathematic to diagnose the cloudy is hail or not. Veins is useful in diagnose the hail cloudy in weather forecast. The veins of the radar image have been picking up according the CNN. And then find the regular polynomial to processed radar image .Then analysis the image with polynomial fitting. We enlarge eight times of the key part of the radar image, and then detect the edge of the image. Dug some data as information .At last we find some regular to distinguish the cloud with hail or not. We find those are useful way for forecasting of hail.

Abstract: Based on the Voronoi cell finite element can also reflect fiber reinforced composites interface to take off the layer and matrix crack propagation of the new cell (X-VCFEM cell)[1]. Combined with the re-mesh strategy and grid dynamic technology, Simulated analysis in different angles and different depth-width ratio, interface crack propagation for fiber reinforced composites, the results show that when 0˚< < 90˚, the horizontal tension increases with the increasing; When 90˚< < 180˚, the horizontal tension decreases with the increasing; And when =90˚, the horizontal tension was the largest; the horizontal tension increases with the depth-width ratio increasing. The result was very important reference value for manufacturing process and engineering application of fiber reinforced composite materials.

Abstract: Aiming at the existing fingerprint algorithm refinement not refined exist completely swallowed, skeleton, lines from lines problems such as center, the paper puts forward the rapid thinning algorithm, through the analysis of target of the direction of the trend lines around, choose to remove or keep connected point around, effectively solve traditional iteration algorithm has refined the problems, and refining the template image square ridge tracking, overcome the gradually to the main lines tracking algorithm are too complicated and not easy to realize. Finally the improved algorithm in FPS200 fingerprint sensor as acquisition device automatic fingerprint identification system for verification. The results show that the algorithm has a good refined effect, get the details of the image further satisfy the requirements of feature extraction.

Abstract: The performance of Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) is known to be influenced by different operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, and humidification of the reactant gases. Especially, the humidification is essential for the electrolysis and performance enhancement of PEMFC, because the proton conductivity depends on the hydration of proton exchange membrane. In this study, the humidification experiment has been done concerning ON/OFF control of the humidification for PEMFC, by using of the bubble humidifiers which are usually difficult to approximation control the humidity. Also, in order to verify the dew condensation, the visualization experiment has been done at a flow channel of PEMFC stack. As the results, it is possible to approximation control the humidity by using of the solenoid on/off valve in the bubble humidifier. The dew condensation is also verified through such experiment. The problems, such as the approximation control of humidity and dew condensation, were then resolved in such a useful manner.

Abstract: A new welding seam image segmentation method based on pulse-coupled neural network (PCNN) is presented in this paper. The method segments image by utilizing PCNN’s specific feature that the fire of one neuron can capture firing of its adjacent neurons due to their spatial proximity and intensity similarity. The method can automatically confirm the best iteration times by comparing the maximum of variance ratio and get the best segmentation results. Experimental results show that the proposed method has good performance in both results and execution efficiency.
