Abstract: Based on SolidWorks, this paper researched the current methods on 3D parametric accurate modeling of involute modification spur gear, where as long as the related parameters are inputted the accurate 3D model would be attained automatically. The principle of virtual assembly with meshing backlash was introduced, and three methods were set out. It is significant to improve the accuracy of design, assembly and manufacturing of the involute spur gear.

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the testing automatic transmission (AT), the AT’s solenoid valve control signals conditioning circuits and revolving speed F/V converter conditioning circuits are designed, and the data acquisition system is designed based on virtual instrument. The system is composed of the PCI-6024E data acquisition card, signal conditioning circuits and computer, and the acquisition procedure is programmed in graphical language LabVIEW. Finally, the data acquisition system has been verified on vehicle test bench which loads ZF-Ecomat 6HP500 AT. Controlling signals of switching solenoid valves, duty cycle signal of proportional solenoid valve, accelerator aperture signal, oil pressure signals and speed signals are collected, it turns out that the data acquisition system has good feasibility.

Abstract: The algorithm proposed in this paper applies ACO in combination with support vector machine (SVM) in Chinese text feature selection. It obtains classifier models for each category at last. The experimental results show that the proposed method is feasible and lead to a considerable increase of classification accuracy.

Abstract: Based on the current study of planetary roller screw(PRS), a summary of how to match the main parameters of the PRS is obtained. A mathematic model for contact analysis is developed, where series of equivalent balls are used to replace the rounded profile of the roller. At the same time, the formula of axial contact deformation of the PRS is derived. Then a simplified finite element model of the PRS is established and the contact analysis is conducted by FEA. The FEA results and the theoretical ones agree well with each other, so the accuracy of the calculation method and the validity of the equivalent method are verified.

Abstract: The applications of multi-beam technique in microwave tubes including klystrons and traveling wave tubes have been analyzed. A type of 5-beam traveling wave tube slow-wave structure was designed, and dispersion characteristics and coupling impedance characteristics were simulated. According to the simulated results, it can be concluded that dispersion of multi-beam traveling wave tube is satisfactory and the coupling impedance is high, and multi-beam technique can be widely used in microwave tubes because it can improve the plus and output power of microwave tubes.

Abstract: Based on nondestructive and block iteration function the characteristics of the system, and put forward a kind of improved the global optimal solution from similar partition adaptive genetic algorithm is proposed. In the algorithm for the father the searching space of the individual pieces by gray coding method; Definition of father and son of minimum error for the match fitness function; Genetic algorithm is put forward the improvement of the linear adaptive crossover and mutation probability; Take excellent protection strategy choice. The experimental results show that this method in the similar image guarantee the quality and the compression ratio decompression also can obviously reduce compressed time, effectively improve the searching efficiency.

Abstract: In this paper, the influence of the BNx implanted buffer layer on growth and residue stress of c-BN films were mainly investigated. The experiment results showed that the introduce of BNx implanted buffer interlayer can increase the c-BN content in the films and reduce the residue stress obviously. When the nitrogen dose was 9.6×1017 N+/cm2, the residue stress of c-BN films reached the least value of 3.0GPa. AFM showed that the surface of the c-BN film on the BNx implanted buffer layer is low in roughness and small in grain size. XPS analysis results show an interfacial mixing in the buffer layer have an even N/B distribution. And the surface of buffer interlayer was mainly in BN phase, which is the main reason to improve the growth conditions and reduce the residue stress of c-BN films.

Abstract: Traditionally, it costs a lot of time and efforts to reconstruct the stone tablet manually. The system which can transformat the image got by photography into the dxf file is proposed and make it possible to program automatically and to machine in numerical control machining. To get the dxf file, using the image preprocessing、 the surrounding eight pixels and the least square method to complete the Vectorization in this paper. Finally, the specific interface program to generate a DXF file is given. The result proved feasible and the comparison of the source image and the objective dxf file opened by AutoCAD is given in this paper.

Abstract: In this paper, we use the surface of the analytical sample image recognition color histogram and adaptive modeling, black and white image are doing pseudo shading. Choose a different value in the layer R, G, and B is the most important achievement, of the technology in this method based on the analysis of the image histogram in characteristic value of different colors in the designated, different levels of image, we take action. The implementation results concept for this article to improve compared with other similar methods.

Abstract: In order to research laser weapon soft damage to infrared missile, 10.6μm laser disturbance to infrared detector system was researched. First, 10.6μm laser atmospheric propagation transmittance was deduced. Laser atmospheric propagation transmittance relation curve was obtained. The relation curve is changed by atmospheric visibility and laser propagation distance. Then the experiment about on-axis laser disturbance to charge coupled device imaging detectors system was conducted. Charge coupled device saturation power density was measured. The relation curve between charge coupled device saturation area ratio and laser incident energy was obtained. Finally, 10.6μm laser energy which can disturb effectively infrared detector system was calculated. Some valuable data and conclusions were gained.
